Follow the on-screen instructions to categorize, add departments, cost, etc. Creating the report itself is very easy. I typically only use this program when I have to expense a cost that is not covered through every day work functions, so when I do have to use Concur, it's nice that it's relatively easy and intuitive to use. Cons What I like least about the software is adding a receipt to the expense report...once the expense report is created, I have found it easiest to save first, then attach the receipt due to losing an expense report before attaching the receipt and then attaching the receipt and finding that everything I already entered was lost. It may be the way my organization's copy works, but that piece of creating the final report seems less intuitive than the rest of the process. Pros The iOS version is flawless and gets your expense filed in a minute. The apps lets you take a picture of your receipts and from there it is all a few clicks away to submitting your expenses. Cons There seems to be a bug when the company specific link is bookmarked. The bookmark always goes back to generic login page from where it expects re-registration to company specific page. Also integrated with travel companies to easily book and search for travel arrangements. Cons Expenses are sometimes not automatically categorized, and require manual categorization. Travel rules sometimes flag expenses but can be easily commented on to ensure easy review and approval. July 16, 2018 4.0 Pros Connecting Concur to my business profile for Lyft and Uber makes it really easy to track business travel expenses through those services. I only have to remember to choose my business profile when I look for a ride. Importing expenses from email is easy and efficient, but you have to know that ALL expenses recognized are imported and you could end up with non business related expenses in your report. Integration with Tripit is seamless and makes tracking travel really easy. Cons I wish it was easier to manage imported expenses. Pros Concur is easy to use especially if you use the credit card linked to it. When you use the credit card link to the Concur account it will automatically start an expense report for you. Cons I can't review every tracking status of the report once it leaves my queue. I would like to see who is the approver, the next approver, and etc. I can only see the final stage of it's been approved, but I can't see the in-between of what is the hold up from it being approved. Pros Submitting expense reports on the platform was very intuitive and very easy. Organizing the expenses was simple as well and the admins were able to manage updates and expense items easily. It is very convenient to have this application because it helps our the accountant when paying us, to know what extra amount we need and why this is the amount. Also SAP Concur is very handy on the app. You can easily enter miles traveled for reimbursement on the mobile app. Cons We don't use the other features, so we would like it if there were other features we could utilize, but in our business, there is no need for anything else. Pros I like how Concur would calculate your trip and then subtract your commute time (which was required for us when submitting for mileage). It made it easy to calculate without having to manually do the math.
