Pros It allows me to quickly and easily manage my trip without direct communication to our HR department. I just quickly put a request for hotel booking, flight booking and car rentals and everything proceed simultaneously. Cons Sometimes when I browse for Hotel offers, SAP concur do not find all possible options or rates are slightly higher then online. In that case I have to book the hotel by myself. this happens rarely. Easy to submit receipts and any other travel related expense documents. Cons Interface is slow, could be more modern. I've never had an easy travel booking experience. Pros Easy to upload receipts through the app for your phone. Their customer service has been pretty good and timely. But is good customer service a pro? i shouldn't have to talk to them Cons It asks you for a receipt for hotels and flights that were booked through concur. It just seems like an unnecessary step. Why do i need to upload a receipt when the receipt is already in my account for concur? Finding flights is kind of easy, but takes a while to load and go through the motions of picking a seat. When booking hotels after you've listed the town and zip code you are looking you then again have to fill it all out but add the county? I hardly know the county lines in my states, how am i supposed to know the county of somewhere i've never been. And when looking up addresses of where I'm going, no one ever lists the county. Able to book multiple facets of a trip in one flights, hotels and cars. Phone app is great addition and very easy to use. Cons Not all travel options are covered like flights or hotels with some operators. Offline bookings are cumbersome and can be difficult. Out of hours phone call are expense. Review Source Alex A. The latitude we have as an organization to create any expense type is beneficial. Cons There is no functionality to add multiple expense reports to the same submission. It is not time-consuming at all! Pros You can use your phone to add and submit expenses. It makes it easy to take pictures of your receipts from the expense. The computer version is great too, but more time consuming as you have to scan or get a picture of your receipt somehow. The computer app is very easy to use (user-friendly). No training required for me. It is organized and you can easily tell where to go or what to do next to submit a report. NO issues! Cons The phone app could be more user friendly. At one point when I was adding an expense, I was not sure where to go next because I had an error in submitting. I could not find where the error was needed to be fixed (this is specifically for the phone app). The computer app is easier to use. It saved us time which was a big deal in high volume recruitment team. With another organization, I was ad Administrator and a user in that I also had to submit my expenses as well. I enjoyed the simplicity and that I did not have to be redundant in the work related to submitting my expenses. Pros Ease of use. Clear. Comfortable and concise lay out. It offers a simple solution that is easy to use requiring only appropriate information. Not a lot of extra time required for needless pieces. The only time I had to ask for help was once when I had lost a receipt and needed to fill out a "receipt affidavit" which turned out to be easier than I was making it out to be. Its a SaaS product with easy integration with back office finance applications so that works great! I would say its a good tool but not a great one! Pros 1\. Great integration with your corporate card and SAP finance system 2. Intuitive interface for users, easy report extraction for admins 3. Collecting receipts, booking travel, re-imbursements is simplified with easy approval process flow and ability to customize the process Cons We could have stronger integrations with other products like Tripit Searching can be clunky with not enough integration with other hotel chains. I find there are too many clicks to get a job done. This tool also allows you to link the company credit card to it so that your expenses are all there ready for easy selection and claim.
