Pros

The accompanying mobile app for scanning in receipts was very nice to have while traveling. Easy to use.

Cons

I had an expense report sent back to me to be updated because they said it didn't have the necessary attached receipts, but the receipts were attached. I ended up having to start over because nothing we did would make it so the next level of people reviewing my submission could see them. It only happened the one time but it was a pain.

Pros

I like that there is one location where expense reimbursement requests can be submitted.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't work well with every browser. For example, in Edge, I can't open up the back-up receipt. The website is not the easiest to follow.

I have had an overall positive experience with . It cuts down on a lot of extra paperwork and time consuming reports.

Pros

I liked the convenience of the software. I don't have to get reimbursed very often at work, but this does make the process much easier for me. Being able to upload a photo of receipts from your phone is a great feature!

Cons

The interface is a little confusing when you first start to use it. Once you get started though it gets easier to navigate. I only had issue on the computer, not when I used the app on my phone

The software is extremely robust and easy to use but is slightly pricier. The functionality can be easily replicated with a combination of excel templates and email for smaller organizations

Pros

The software is very robust, well organized, and has a high degree of ease of use. The software allows a business to be organized into different entities.

Cons

I feel the software has a high cost. Also, the software charges you everytime you raise a request. So, the accounting team expects the users to combine the requests and raise a single request, in order to lower costs

Pros

This product works great for expense reports. I really like that we are able to take a picture of our receipts as we go and submit them. It has really reduced the time I spend on my expense reports.

Cons

I feel like making reservations could be improved some. I only use this about every other month so part of it could just be that I need to seek out more training.

Pros

It's so handy to have an app for entering expenses on the go.

Cons

As someone who doesn't regularly have expenses for reimbursement, I'm not sure what all the categories are looking for and what kind of information I should enter. It would be helpful to have a brief description for each box.

Overall, Concur has got my job done, and apart from a few minor hiccups while filling in the expense reports, there's nothing that I could complain about.

Pros

I like that you can store receipts as PDFs alongside expenses, along with setting categories and departments.

Cons

I often find input fields a little confusing, so I always refer to a previous expense report of mine to fill in the details correctly.

Making expense filing an easy task.

Pros

The ease of use is key. It is straightforward, simple and makes submitting the mundane task of monthly expense reports a dream. Being able to upload receipts straight away and then attach them later when the charges come through is a dream.

Cons

Unable to attach a receipt to an expense until a report is created. Would be great to attach straight away so that when the report is created, it goes in automatically.

Overall, I think Concur provides several benefits to stream-lining your business expense reimbursement process. I feel as though I'm not aware of all of its capabilities when it comes to expense processing. Although some features seem redundant and confusing, I feel more training on the software may open up more avenues within the system to make our expense reimbursement process more efficient.

Pros

Concur has an easy login process and a relative simple, easy expense upload feature. For travel (mileage) reimbursement, it has a handy map feature to automatically calculate the miles driven based on the route you have taken.

Cons

I find the system a bit confusing to navigate. Some steps seem redundant. When submitting expenses, it is confusing because it's hard to tell if you need to submit a new expense report for each type of expense incurred in one trip (mileage, tolls, meals, etc.). I find the icons a bit small and hard to navigate through.

Cons

You need to be online to load your receipts. It would be nice to be able to do expense reports in the air.

\> There is a mobile app, but you have the ability to link Concur with other apps as well (like TripIt or Uber for example) > Uploading receipts is easy, via mobile app (works well with ExpenseIt) > Effortlessly manage your next trip (book airfare, hotel and even your car within Concur), and know it's within your company's guidelines > You receive updates on the status of your expense report (from who has approved it to when it's been paid) > Automatically create expense reports based on the month your card was charged (optional)

Cons

\> You cannot remove fraudulent charges from your account and/or there is no way to dispute them (must go through an administrator)

Pros

Gone are the days of arduous expense reporting; I can often knock mine out in 10 minutes flat! It's dead simple to select the month's expenses, match them up with receipt images, enter a bit of information as required by your organization, then submit. The process is even easier if you use ExpenseIt mobile app to take photos of receipts and enter supporting data on the fly - these import seamlessly to Concur and merge usually perfectly with the expenses. Very useful software!

Cons

Companies can create expense rules for various expenditures, and expenses that don't meet the criteria generate exceptions. However, when I create expense reports, I cannot see any of the exceptions until AFTER submitting the report. It would be useful if there were a "pre-check" to view and resolve the issues before submission.

Pros

I can expense what I need to. Email notifications/reminders for when something gets approved/disapproved.

Cons

Lack of coherence regarding the UI and overall layout of the web page. Was difficult to navigate around and try to find what I need to do and where I need to submit. Lots of steps needed to submit info, incl. image/receipts. Not sure if there is documentation or a guide on how to use it and/or train others how to use it?

Electronic submission of expenses is so amazing and automation especially with automatic payments is the great!

Pros

It is so easy to submit all expenses electronically and then have all the approvals be automated and go to my supervisor without my intervention

Cons

It was harder than I thought it would be to learn the system, but now all my favorites and templates are saved and it takes no time at all to submit expenses.

Overall an excellent solution that simplifies expense management.

Pros

Usually doing expenses is a tedious and frustrating task. The advent of automated expense reporting is one of the biggest boons to productivity. The best part is being able to take a snapshot of a receipt and letting the app populate all relevant fields. It's also quite easy to enter expenses manually, if needed. The other nice thing is being about to book travel and management expenses from a single portal. The other key distinction is the ability to generate detailed reporting based on various key metrics. Concur has been around for a while and support and help documentation is excellent.

Cons

Occasionally the smart scan fails, which means you have to go back in and re-enter in the receipt data. So for more complex receipts this may not work properly.

I use Concur to expense both travel and other business purchases.

Pros

Credit card receipts are automatically made available for expense items. All of your frequent flyer, hotel, etc. programs are automatically used when booking travel.

Cons

When there is an issue, their customer service is slow.

Pros

The ease of uploading receipts using the mobile app and keeping track of them. Also, the analyzing feature categorizes the expense.

The travel booking option. The booking instructions are not so clear and the book tab after approval is very small to identify,

Typically, it is used to input copies of travel receipts to the Concur Solutions website \[www.concursolutions.com\]. The method I use, is to photograph the receipt through the app. From there the user is given the choice to add the receipt to the Concur library, or to create a new expense. I usually add them to the library, but have created a new expense. Depending on your preference, either method is smooth.

Pros

It is really easy to use. It is a breeze add a receipt. Navigation between screens is smooth.

Cons

I have been using the app for a few years now and have not noticed any 'cons'.

It is easy to account for what you are spending and see, at a glance, where you stand YTD.

Cons

It can sometimes be rudimentary in how the program runs, so you have to make sure you click through all of the check boxes to ensure everything is complete.

Easy to use especially on the go!

Pros

Easy to use and there is a camera function that allows you to take a picture of a receipt and upload it to the site. Excellent if you are on the go and don't have access to a computer.

Cons

You have to choose the right department for submitting receipts for reimbursements otherwise your claim will get bounced back to you!
