They have created a way to snap photos and easy to submit. I love this tool for travel with my company. Cons Honestly, I don't have one. Other then I wish I new how to use it better. The Concur audit service seems to kick items back just so they can review them again and double their fees. Customer Support is a joke. There is no contact phone number, so you must submit a help ticket. The support reps seem to have canned responses and it take a dozen emails back and forth to eventually resolve an issue. I will definitely look somewhere else if I'm ever tasked with implementing a solution again. Pros Administrative access to all transactions. We love the ability to search through flights and hotels, where pricing set by admins is taken into account. Cons Submitting expenses in different categories can be a bit challenging if not properly set up, and uploading receipt images can be time consuming, as you aren't able to reference which images have already been uploaded easily. Pros The customer service is incredible. As a user, when I first started using this application I was very confused and upon submitting an expense report, realized I had done it all wrong. The representatives I had to speak to (there were MANY) were all so nice and helpful, and although all my mistakes were very dumb, I was never made to feel dumb. Cons Sometimes when I get an error message when processing expenses its unclear why, and the blurb provided doesn't provide enough information. I have never used another software so I don't have anything to compare it to but it works great, haven't run into any bugs in the software. Pros Use it to submit expense reports for myself and my team for a variety of reasons. Great feature is I can log on as another user with permissions and submit it for my bosses so they can get reimbursed travel expenses/etc. Cons wasn't user friend at first. After a little training it became much easier to use. You just have to be patient and willing to learn it. So in general, it does what you ultimately need it do. Cons It is not very user-friendly or intuitive. There is a pretty long learning curve and often done via trial and error. Usually, something happens that triggers an error, so you have to dig into the details to understand why and fix the problem. We also use it for all of our expenses and managing our corporate credit cards. Pros This is a one-stop-shop for travel and expenses. I love how it automatically populates your expenses and certain information tied specifically to that employee. It makes using it a breeze. Cons Sometimes I forget to attach a receipt. Concur also flags missing elements for each entry so employees don't have to remember everything to add. Pros I use SAP Concur to create and submit expense reports. My company recently switched corporate credit card providers and while the transition was a bit confusing, now the expense reports are quite easy mostly because they are created automatically as the credit card is used. Previously we had to create the expense report using the credit card statement to match. Attaching photos of receipts and creating the report is easy. Cons The website and the app are not fully compatible - while I can load a receipt image on my phone with the app, I cannot submit the expense report on the app. This would be helpful to have while travelling for work or on holiday.
