Since we have implemented Concur, it is been so much easier for all of our departments to submit expenses and reimbursements, especially our Sales team that travels almost monthly.

Pros

User interface - this is extremely easy for my employees and myself to use.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons. Everything is laid out in a very user friendly manner. If you are not sure where things are, there are resources to assist!

Pros

Importing receipts is very easy and can be done through your computer or mobile device. Integrates easily with bank accounts and accounting systems.

Cons

This software isn't very friendly when reconciling corporate purchases. It's definitely making strides to be better, but for someone that doesn't do accounting for a living, this software can be a bit cumbersome.

I am able to easily submit reports for approval to upper management.

Pros

The product is very easy to use and the features are great. I like being able to name the reports myself, and the overall process is very easy and clear. I like how the product tells you where the report is in the process after submission.

Cons

No cons in particular to the product, other then email notifications are too frequent. Overall, great product.

Hate it. I would not recommend it for a small business and they lie over the phone.

Pros

Sales and support are on a completely different page. Multiple appointments were cancelled because of personal reasons on their end. Last minute cancellations would have been understandable with one person but it happened with multiple people. It took forever to onboard the software and when we tried to cancel they said we had been using it for too long. We only used it for a couple weeks because the on-boarding process took SO long.

Cons

I learned how great Quickbooks truly is. The customer service with Quickbooks might take a while but they pick up the phone and take the time to answer each question without making an appointment a week in advance.

Easy and fast to submit expense reports. Easy to store receipts.

Pros

It's easy to customize in the sense that you can add so many different codes/categories for expenses, as well as departments. I only use this software to submit expense reports so I cannot attest to how easy or valuable it is for our accounting department but we have used it for years with no complaints. Attaching receipts is also quite easy. Definitely recommend.

Cons

None that I can think of. The layout is a bit outdated, but not to the point that it affects anything.

simplifies expense reporting for both the users making the claims, and the HR and finance teams that have to deal with approvals and payments for it.

Pros

is what we use to manage employee billing and reimbursement. It makes it easy to organize receipts into categories and make sure they are filed correctly. It simplifies the approval process for reimbursement claims and employee expenses. It also helps to track these expenses and keep receipts on file for the future.

Cons

is not the simplest software to use. There is thorough documentation, but you often need to double-check if you are filing something correctly as it is not always clear.

My overall experience is that this software is user friendly. You won't even need a tutorial to get started. Being able to submit paperless expenses has saved so much time. This product is great!

Pros

Concur Expense is very easy to use from the beginning. As a new user (since 6 months ago), learning the software was simple and self explanatory. You can easily attach receipts and even change the cost center of which departments needs to pay for the expense. Once you're done inputting the expenses, you easily just submit it to your accounting team.

Cons

One con I have is that when I'm trying to add an attendee to an expense, it'll start refreshing the page couple times before I'm able to add the person. I'm not sure if the software is just saving the information, but it happens multiple times.

### "Excellent way to book travel"

Pros

This allows me to book candidate travel to and from our office for interviews in a quick and seamless way. Candidates book travel that is convenient for them, allows for them to arrange flights, hotel and transport to and from the airport. It allows them to up load receipts for tracking expenses as well.

Cons

We sometimes have to use a 3rd party vendor for hotel account management and that sometimes gets tedious as we are constantly doing things more than once. It would be nice for a contract to be made through the concur site so that we don' t have to worry about signing approval forms.

Great experience overall and would highly recommend this expense reporting to anyone.

Pros

The software was great in that it could be used from our mobile devices, which made it 10x easier to remember to upload receipts and submit expense reports.

Cons

We changed over to this software mid-year so there was a lot of confusion about how to use it, but after some training we figured it out.

I am ware that this software present several other great features, but the fact i could easily take pictures and organize the digital copies of receipts during business travel is amazing.

Pros

I was introduced to this software in my new job, and the possibility to take pictures of our receipts during business travel is just amazing. I was used to write down and keep every single receipt, but when I was told I could take pictures of those receipts, I saw how easy and efficient it was.

Overall, is a great tool, the combination of the mobile app and desktop stations are a win.

Pros

The tracking feature is by far my favorite feature with Concur. It gives me a list of expenses and the location the purchase was made. This makes it very easy to match up receipts, especially when you have numerous to process.

Cons

I felt Concur was a little difficult to learn. There are a lot of little steps and if you don't follow them in the correct order you may lose your work. If you don't use the software often enough, you have to relearn a few of the steps.

My overall experience is positive. It helps to keep me organized in my expenses.

Pros

The was really efficient in managing expenses. I am able to be very concise on types of expenses and easily upload and view receipts. This software is very detailed and specific in terms of categorization of expenses.

Cons

Because this program is very specific in expense types, sometimes it takes longer than usual to do my expenses. Tweaks can definitely be made in the software to be more streamline.

I can make all my travel plans in one place, it has my information already so it's easier when booking flights or hotel and I don't have to go look for all the information to fill up the blanks every single time, it keeps a record of my purchases so I can duplicate them.

Pros

I liked the fact that everything I need is in one place, I can get Amtrak ticket, plane ticket, hotel reservations in one system and if I need assistance we have our own associate to help us. I like the fact that it shows all the preferential rates and room types we have to choose from. We can use it and log in from any computer and we can use any credit card as long as we have our account information.

Cons

Sometimes because the rates are set and preferred, you don't get the sales that are going on and sometimes those are cheaper.

Pros

You can upload receipts on the move with the app (i.e. at the airport) which is a huge time saver. The reports (group of expenses from a trip) are excellent to keep track of expenses. Keeps you updated via email of the progress of the expense being transferred to your bank/account. Also syncs to company card so payments are easily accessed; then the rest of the form can be completed

Cons

If cannot access the app or you on the move, you have to upload multiple receipts when you return. There is a lot to complete in the reports, but this is required probably for the finance departments

I think it's slow, old, cumbersome, inflexible, and difficult to use. It should stop requiring banal stuff like city of expense incurred, and make it easier for editing.

not much. I am required to use it by my employer, but it's old, slow, cumbersome, and not easy to use.

You should be able to edit multiple things at once and for the expenses to not require so much banal stuff like what the city of expense is - or you should be able to set one city which would flow down to everything else.

Simply submit financial reconciliations. I work with the enterprise version through my role, where a team enters the data for me.

Pros

Once you get the hang of it, it is pretty self explanatory. You can add multiple file attachments to each submission.

Cons

I don't like the update in how expenses are shown, it was more my preference and user friendly in the previous version
