You could also attach receipt on an expense report as supporting document which allows your manager to have a better look on your request Cons You could not submit expense that’s from long time ago. Not only does it get bills generated quicker but we get items paid faster and spend much less time in excel putting together reports for our AP department to process. Time is money and this saves us money and headaches. Pros This software has taken us out of the stone age and using Excel sheets to track our employees expense reports to a now more usable software that is not only easy to navigate but much more timely to track expenses and get items paid and billed in. Pros I like that you can capture a picture of your receipt right away and no need to keep the paper copies. It either turns green for "you're good, they paid it" or red. It's also really easy to enter those expenses even on the go. I lose receipts so being able to take a picture and enter it right away is important. Cons The desktop version of the software feels more clunky. Some of the functionality is hidden in harder to find spots. If you enter it via desktop or mobile, it'll still get paid though so it isn't too bad, but it could be improved. Review Source jB jay B. It allows me to submit expenses easily to my company before I forget. Pros I use this software as an employee to report my expenses to the company. It is the easiest software to use out there to report expenses. I liked the mobile application the work as it allows me to submit pictures and expenses on the go. Cons I did not like the user interface of the software that much. I could use an update. Other than that, all good. Pros Easily allows for expense report creation and the tracking of reimbursements, so you can easily stay on top of employee expenses and reimbursement. From the user side, it's fairly intuitive and easy to make expense reports and to edit them as needed, and there have been no issues from that end. It allows for credit card integration, which makes things easier, and overall has made the process of reimbursement a lot easier than the old filing cabinet full of faded receipts. Cons It's fairly pricey, and this may be a limiting factor for smaller companies. For the features, it's certainly worth it, however it may not be economically feasible for many small businesses. I submit everything from hotel stays to food purchases. I love that the app is so user friendly and I can take a photo of receipts on my phone to upload to Concur making it so I don't have to save them. This makes traveling much easier and my company likes that I always can provide receipts. Cons Itemizing for hotel stays was challenging for me at first but now that I had our expense department show me how to do it I don't feel it's that complicated. That being said, from a novice point of view it is a bit confusing.
