December 8, 2016 4.0 This software has saved us a lot of time reviewing paper reports and matching up receipts., calling for lost receipts. It has cut down our time checking from 2 hours to about 30 min. Pros I like most that the sale team can snap a picture of the receipt with their phone and it goes right into the computer, so no lost or paper receipts to handle on the office side. Pros Super easy to use. Integrations to other applications are all top notch. The tie-ins for travel are what make this software sing...add in that you have smartphone apps for this software and it's a home-run. Cons I've never had a bad experience with this product. The mobile app is great - you can easily complete an entire expense reports from your phone and send it in without any issues. But it saves me time in all other instances. Say “Goodbye” to creating a spreadsheet and totaling columns and rows - Concur makes it easy to create expense reports, add receipts when needed, and submit expense reports. Cons Sometimes it will take a couple days for the expenses from my company card to show up, and so I have to wait a couple days to submit those on a report. June 6, 2018 1.0 Not any benefits it was a horrible experience in our accounting depertment Pros The idea of it is nice and if it worked well it would be awesome, but in execution it does not work well at all. Cons We had bills not show up in concur until after they were due making us delinquent with several accounts. We would have to make separate individual payments outside of the system to avoid an affect on our credit or termination of service. Did not help efficiency or our standing with vendors at all. I recently used it when being reimbursed for a company trip to Austin, TX. Pros This is the best (and only) expense system I have used professionally and I find it easy to use and efficient. Pros Being able to see all my purchases in one place, easy to upload receipt. Cons I honestly can’t think of anything I dislike about concur itself. The only thing I don’t like which I feel is more my company’s policy, is that I can’t submit my reports right away. Somethings I just want to submit & get it over with. Auto checks double counted/duplicate reports. Cons It's so manual to upload everything from the receipts to creating an expense reports. So many manual drop downs to fill in. There should be some kind of machine learning to read my receipts and now that Hilton is "Lodging." Maybe an integration with Google drive or something to pull all thse receipts in a designated folder down into this platform. Cons I really dislike using Concur--it is ridden with problems and I've spent more time trying to solve their tech issues that I should be able to submit an expense for my time dealing with them! The platform is clunky and very specific about file upload types. Often times, you have to submit a file multiple times (even when it's the right format), just to get it to actually stick. The customer support is abysmal--i rarely get my questions answered and that's only when I actually speak with someone (most of the time, they never return calls/messages). Overall, not a useful tool. Pros The system in place allowed me to specify how much I was owed for travel expenses to a conference, and I could easily upload receipts as proof. Cons Help was required to navigate through the menus. This isn't the type of software you can send to someone and say "Here, fill out this form on your own." Without someone familiar with Concur, it is easy to get lost or make a mistake. You're able to track travel expenses (which is what I mainly use for) and there's all kinds of features such as tracking mileage based on the addresses you input and finding flights, etc. Cons I didn't find this software to be very user friendly. Earlier we used SAP and was a breeze for all of us. It takes 10 times more time to submit an expense report in concur than SAP. Way too many unwanted exceptions while submitting the report and there is no help/guide to understand the meaning of those exceptions. Receipt upload feature is also bad, it merges all your receipts you uploaded for individual reports. I am done with this tool seriously. Pros Only thing I liked is this tool has way many features. Cons 1\. Ease of use is not at all there. 2. So many unwanted exceptions 3. Worst User Interface, this may be good for experts, but for an employee who need to submit expenses, this is a nightmare. 4. It merges all your receipts you uploaded for individual reports, creating hell lot of confusion to sort out them later. 5.
