Pros My favorite part of the experience submitting expense reports it the tracking information that we get when the report is in various states. I get a notification when my submission has been approved by my boss, reassigned to our account team for payment, and when I get paid. So I know exactly what's going on with my expenses without having to bother people. Cons I have no complaints from an end-user perspective. In my entire time using the software, I've only encountered issues one time with uploading receipts, and that was a reported site issue that was resolved quickly. Review Source NK Nakul K. Holds personal information for traveling. interfaces with global travel systems (like AMEX Global Business Travel). Mobile app makes very easy to scan and add receipts. Customer support is excellent with questions and resolving problems Cons Outages are challenging and get our salesforce (which is our main base of users) in an extreme uproar. While it took a little while to learn how it operates, it is now very easy to use and it makes the expense reports easy to file. Pros The things I like most about SAP Concur is the receipt capturing software and the detailed expense reporting that I can do. I enjoy the mobile app more than the desktop app and the approval process is very easy. Cons The things I like least are the user interface and the non-automation. I find it to be very busy and clunky in finding what I need to categorize and expense. The desktop version is also a lot busier than the app version which could use some updating. Great tool, minus the old apperance. Pros Concur makes tracking our expenses very easy. My favorite part is the easy workflow of getting expense reports submitted to upper management, and clear feedback that it presents if they have to change anything. Cons The interface itself is a bit outdated. Seems like something I would see on a computer running Windows XP back in the day. Could be cleaned up a lot. Pros I utilized this software as an employee that had to keep track of trip expenses for company reimbursement. It was extremely simple to upload receipts and keep track of money spent. I can take a picture of a receipt and it will appear in the report. It also has seamless integration with credit card companies. This software took me from spending 3 hours on an expense report down to only 30 minutes. Cons There are times that transactions come up as duplicates. Pros The app makes this program worth it all. The ease of uploading receipts and it will download the expense for you is so easy. I also like that you can connect a credit card to the account and it will load expenses for you so you do not have to manually enter each expense and can instead just upload receipts to the expenses already listed. It will also alert you of duplicates before you re-enter information twice.
