Pros This software is extremely easy for our employees to get reimbursed for their expenses. The previous method we had was extremely slow and this has made it so quick. The App is easy to use as well. Cons Honestly, for all that we use it for, I do not have any issues with this software. This software is great. It's awesome to have the ability to take a picture of your receipts and seeing them available for your expenses, the reporting is much easier that way. I have also used to book a hotel for a work-related event and it had several options for hotel booking. Cons The web-base version is something you have to play around and self-learn, I have yet to play around with any support tools, so it's not a big deal. Sometimes on a corporate card and sometimes out of pocket to be reimbursed. Concur makes it so easy to upload pictures of receipts and keep track of expense approvals for both use cases. Cons I love the expense tracking in the system, however, the travel booking can be tricky at times. There are multiple steps that you must take to book and confirm your travel. I don't have much experience with competing software though. Pros Being in recruiting, I primarily use Concur to book travel for candidates who are flying in/out for on-site interviews. It walks you through the booking, allows you to make changes, adapt based on travel requirements, etc. It's a pretty streamline process for booking travel (and then receiving approval through the preset people). Cons It can be a little confusing at first when you are learning it. There are some features/selections that don't always apply or are unnecessary. Pros My favorite part of the experience submitting expense reports it the tracking information that we get when the report is in various states. I get a notification when my submission has been approved by my boss, reassigned to our account team for payment, and when I get paid. So I know exactly what's going on with my expenses without having to bother people. Cons I have no complaints from an end-user perspective. In my entire time using the software, I've only encountered issues one time with uploading receipts, and that was a reported site issue that was resolved quickly. Review Source NK Nakul K. Holds personal information for traveling. interfaces with global travel systems (like AMEX Global Business Travel). Mobile app makes very easy to scan and add receipts. Customer support is excellent with questions and resolving problems Cons Outages are challenging and get our salesforce (which is our main base of users) in an extreme uproar. While it took a little while to learn how it operates, it is now very easy to use and it makes the expense reports easy to file. Pros The things I like most about is the receipt capturing software and the detailed expense reporting that I can do. I enjoy the mobile app more than the desktop app and the approval process is very easy. Cons The things I like least are the user interface and the non-automation. I find it to be very busy and clunky in finding what I need to categorize and expense. The desktop version is also a lot busier than the app version which could use some updating. Great tool, minus the old apperance. Pros Concur makes tracking our expenses very easy. My favorite part is the easy workflow of getting expense reports submitted to upper management, and clear feedback that it presents if they have to change anything. Cons The interface itself is a bit outdated. Seems like something I would see on a computer running Windows XP back in the day. Could be cleaned up a lot. Pros I utilized this software as an employee that had to keep track of trip expenses for company reimbursement. It was extremely simple to upload receipts and keep track of money spent. Cons There were a few fields that didn't fully make sense as to why they were part of the expense reporting process. You may be able to customize these fields.
