There are a few minor headaches with the software, but all in all, it has been a great product to manage our company cards and provide the proper checks and balances needed in our organization! Pros Concur makes it very simple to fill out expense reports, upload receipts even by sending them straight to an integrated email. I love the simplicity of filling out reports as a user! Cons Concur was slightly difficult to map at the account level within our ERP. It took a lot of manual work to get implemented and accurate. Post implementation, everything has been smooth, but was a slight headache when implementing it! October 1, 2024 5.0 Overall, as a user of Concur for Travel, Expenses and Invoicing, I've found it simple to use across a few organizations. It has underwent some revamping and the mobile application is preferrable to the native/web version in my opinion. As an SAP product, it's geared well towards larger organizations, but is cost prohibitive for smaller groups/companies to fully use. Pros SAP Concur does exactly what you'd expect, want and need from an expense management solution for a large-scale enterprise. Additionally, the Travel and Invoicing Module is helpful for booking corporate-needed travel without worrying about reimbursements. Invoice management can be simple to use as well if set up correctly. Cons Costly to implement overall. Although expected, SAP is geared towards larger organizations that are utilizing some additional products or at least have systems that will integrate with SAP. Overall, the UI is easy to navigate for employees and provides helpful history when reviewing expense reports. Travel works as expected. Reporting to track accrued activity. Cons Being critical here, our company felt it necessary to create a Training Document, in order to walk employees through the process. Pros SAP Concur is very easy to use for managing invoices. I like how it is on a website, so you can use it on any computers instead of having to install. Cons Authenticator is needed. It is also reliable as an expense management tool. I also like that it provides access to check traveler profiles and records, which helps a lot with work needs. Cons Recently, the system was updated so that if receipts are uploaded before the transaction record is created, they are sometimes recognized as debit instead of credit. Though it has nice features, it seemed to limit quite a bit of customization. This could have been from how things were originally setup with the companies file prior to my working with it, but I can't say for sure. Pros Our field users did not have a hard time logging into SAP Concur. Cons It wasn't easy for us to update our own information in SAP Concur without it de-syncing the export. There were also extra fields that users had to select N/A for on many transactions. Adding extra clicks and time, which lowered employees ambitions in completing their expenses.
