It's great that you can take pictures from your phone when your on site and cannot be tied down to a computer. Pros I think the big draw for using it was the backend control that finance/accounting could have on travel purchases. Cons As a user, it was difficult to use. Some of the usability on the mobile app is lacking, where I can't figure out how to add/allocate an expense and have to go to the website. I don't know where that part is hiding. I wanted to add room service to my hotel bill but couldn't see a way to add a one time cost - only costs for every day. It does allow a large amount of customization for expenses. I also like uploading receipts with my phone. Pros I like being able to upload via mobile. Cons It can be confusing and hard to fix on mobile & I have to login to the website to figure it out. I don't have to drag or tag simple items, the automation takes care of that already for me. Pros The software has been pretty easy to use so far and the cost certainly doesn't break the budget. We also liked that it offered us a free trial before having to sign up. I simply track everything in Concur and it takes care of the rest. Pros It's on my phone and online. Approving them for payment is very easy as well. Cons In terms of what I use the software for, I haven't had too many issues. Even if you've never used it before, you can go right in and label all of your expenses to be reimbursed in a timely fashion. Its fairly easy to use and navigate. Quick and easy way to keep all expenses in one place and I like the ability to upload expense receipts via phone.
