Training our staff is easy as the UI makes it so simple for our staff. SSO is also fantastic so our staff do not have to remember yet another password. Pros SAP Concur has streamlined our expense tracking. It's simple, particularly the mobile app and enables our staff to submit their expenses in a timely manner. Customer Support is always responsive. Cons Invoice tracking, particularly split amongst multiple expense codes can be difficult. The UI is not as streamlined as cc expenses are. Making itemizations, especially for hotels, makes it very easy to use. My colleague also had a weird bug where he could t log in and we were able to get on a call with customer support quickly, who resolved the issue. It’s also helpful with showing you the approval process and audit timeline. Cons I really don’t have any. It’s a great platform for expenses and has an efficient payment processing path batched in, making it a great option, with high value for the money.
