I have to complete the forms numerous times because of error codes that do not adequately explain how to correct the errors. Pros The sign in process is easy. Other than that, I cannot think of anything there is to like about SAP Concur. Cons Cumbersome. Not user friendly. It takes hours to complete a simple report. Cons I didn't like that concor was ver specific with what image files it received and how when you uploaded and used receipts, it wouldn't delete them but you have to manually delete each one. Training our staff is easy as the UI makes it so simple for our staff. SSO is also fantastic so our staff do not have to remember yet another password. Pros SAP Concur has streamlined our expense tracking. It's simple, particularly the mobile app and enables our staff to submit their expenses in a timely manner. Customer Support is always responsive. Cons Invoice tracking, particularly split amongst multiple expense codes can be difficult. The UI is not as streamlined as cc expenses are. Pros My corporate card expenses get preloaded into an expense report for me and the majority of the time have the correct expense category and details filled out which saves me time. Cons Sometimes Concur is fussy when trying to use the mileage calculator. Cons There is a lot of room for improvement with SAP Concur, specifically in the expense portion. It takes longer than wanted to receive notification on transactions posting, along with a completely different looking interface from web browser to mobile device - which causes a lot of confusion. Cons What I like least about Concur is that uploading receipts can be glitchy. Allows multiple reports per month and seems to be approved and gets payments processed quickly. Cons Can be a little buggy and clunky sometimes with long page refreshes when making changes. Sometimes transactions can take a while to appear. My normal usage is related to travel, but I have often used it for standard purchasing. Pros The best thing that SAP Concur offers is an app and a website that can work well together. SAP Concur worked best when I captured day-to-day expenses with the app and then sat down and put my reports together on the website. The SAP Concur travel booking functionality is also quite useful, and I appreciate booking all of my travel options on one website. Cons The hardest aspect of SAP Concur to work with was the occasional issues that arose when a captured expense would go to a different area of the website or get attached to another expense report. Pros I like that Sap allows me to upload all my receipts at once and then ties them to my expenses. It makes it was less tedious than other expense reports. Pros Concur makes expenses seamless as it integrates with Uber and many other vendors to offer support across purchases and filing of receipts Cons At some places, the software seems to jump off when it comes to stating GST or non GST option - it switches this to none and gives an error. Pros What I like most about Concur is it gives me a way to enter in my company expenses, keep track of them, and give me notifications every step along the way of it's review/approval process. Cons The user interface is complicated. So much so now I no longer create new expenses from scratch... I copy a previous one because that's theonly way I know how to enter certain expenses.
