"Document workflow processing made easy"
Overall: When this product went live to our client, it produced so many realized benefits, to name a few: elimination of paper being passed between people and the negatives related to that (lost paperwork, the use of so much paper, hard to manage workload and so-on). Management of work was easier to track because it was all digitized. Some complex flows did cause latency, but later releases may have taken care of such issues. Also environment could affect processing. Overall a plus.
Pros: Eliminates waste by replacing manual paper processing. Digitized document administration makes the workload more accountable and traceable.
Cons: Some of the more complex workflows, took up more overhead than we imagined with constant monitoring and a crack technical staff.
