Pros

Its very easy and simple booking process, the customer support for technical issues are outstanding, great communication for any request or concerns and it is not expensive.

Cons

It could have more virus and malicious debugging software to make sure its no scamming or fake pages being made

Over all, we love the staff, the way the website is always upgrading and changing for the better.

Pros

The staff is very responsive and friendly always. I always feel like the staff is communicative always giving frequent updates on time consuming tasks and request. RTR is pretty user friendly and I can almost always find a report to meets the unique requests I get from the agents.

Cons

I don't like when we ask for a change to made that benefits all RTR users, that we are charged to make that change. If it benefits all users it shouldn't be a charge to us. If we are charged the change should be only for our company. I wish more reports were offered in both PDF and Excel.

The overall experience has been a definite upgrade to our previous solution. The finance and reconciling process is really easy to use, and the booking reservations or leases is smooth as well. Very few hiccups, but the support is quick to respond when needed.

Pros

The support received when we have a question or issue is always quick and thorough. The communication between brokers that list the same property makes life a lot easier.

Cons

We don't use all of the reports/features/amenities, so it can look more complex than our needs. Understanding that RealTimeRental services various brokerages and different markets, there are differing needs than ours. Being able to turn on/off reports or amenities within properties would be a nice feature.

I've had a wonderful experience so far! Staff is great and the program is so useful.

Pros

The ease of workflow and the ability to handle reservations, finances, and adjustments all within one program.

Cons

There are a lot of different situations that arise and some more in depth tutorials would be beneficial (although I am always able to get responses and answers from the staff)

RealTimeRental's best feature is its awesome support team! Its cloud based system makes working on the go great too!

I cant even recall how many years we have been with Real Time Rental but we love using their product for all of our rental needs. It's one stop shopping for managing a large inventory of vacation rentals, including the bookkeeping behind it. The team over at Real Time Rental is so personable and friendly. We love working with them.

Pros

I love the customer service. You literally get to talk to the same few people to help with whatever you may need. It's also great that they come out with new features so you can grow your business and keep up with the times. We do everything through Real TIme, including the bookkeeping which makes everything so seamless.

Cons

I cannot think of anything off the top of my head.

Real Time Rental has been our vacation property management software since opening our company in 2011. The web based platform allows all of us at the company to work remotely and still all have "Real Time" data. We are able to accurately manage all of our reservations, cleaning/maintenance schedules, and trust accounting through the software. Our company was awarded "Honor Roll" after an Arizona Department of Real Estate random audit for our trust accounting processes and procedures - all of which are managed in Real Time Rental. Although the learning curve for the software was a bit of challenge (in part to our lack of experience with any other similar software products), we have found the RTR team to be responsive and always helpful. We are looking forward to the software being completely Mac and mobile friendly. Keep up the good work!

Trying to come up with the right words to describe my experience with the software is not an easy task. So I will make it short and simple. I have been in the vacation rental business for 20 years and this is by far the best software I have ever worked with and I couldn't ask for better customer service.
