The staff are knowledgable, professional patient and polite. Min created two detailed documents for me promptly and without complaint. He also gave me added support using the GOTOMEET feature when documents became frustrating to manipulate for final copy. Nothing was too much trouble. I could not have managed to create these documents without Min. The GOTOMEET takes so much frustration out of working with Windsor. Thank you for your time.
