Pros

I have Logmein for IT support and I must admit that it works just fine

Cons

It would be ideal to for users to "have their say" before IT log into their pc. That being said, this feature may already be available.

Pros

It has all of the features of Teamviewer, just a little eaiser for the clients because they can go to a website and dont have to install the software on their home computer.

Cons

The cost. I would use LogMeIn if I was able to pay or so per PC, even per month. But the price for the year is just crazy for 2 computers.

Being able to help a Manager correct issues without having to visit the site.

Pros

LogMeIn was very useful in signing into other locations and helping them with issues. I liked the fact that the Managers at a remote location could actually "see" what I was doing to correct an error. Sometimes seeing is easier than a verbal explanation.

Cons

Sometimes the quality of the transmission was garbled. I understand that this was probably due to internet issues and nothing to do with the product itself.

Pros

It can keep track of computers and when they are turned on when you are logged into the online account.

Cons

Requires an online account even for simple one computer setups. It is harder to walk remote employees through the installation to get connected the first time.

Pros

I thought that the interface was very easy to use, and liked having a mobile app so I could use it on the go. I primarely needed a way to get into a work computer to make an emergency change and not drive into the office, and this worked for basic things that needed to be done.

Cons

Slow to connect to the computer remotely at times, and sometimes wouldn't work. Not sure if that is to do with my internet connection or the software. There was a delay when I tried to do something more complex in a video editing program, which made it hard to use.

For occasional remote support with PC problems, I found LogMeIn to be clunky, slow and overpriced. I've transitioned to TeamViewer and am happy with that solution.

Pros

It works ok and has all the required features - see the other side's monitor, chat, files transfer, secure login, etc. It works well cross-platform, but the mobile version is a bit funky.

Cons

It's very expensive compared to other solutions on the market, without adding real value. In fact, it feels outdated and lagging behind its competition, but they're just more aggressive with their marketing. The UI is a bit from the 90ies, the lag is a bit longer than with other solutions.

Easy to maintain and track Nodes. We could create sub accounts for people so simply and for tired access. I could have multiple accounts have access to nodes I selected

it can be hard to see if I woke a computer up at times sending the command but that could have been a set delay in the computer responding or how I set it up

Overall experience with LogMeIn Pro is super positive. I would definitely recommend this to everyone!

Pros

LogMeIn Pro has been a literal lifesaver on so many occasions! I love how easy to is to use, even if you've never used a remote login software before. Nothing fancy about it, just does what it needs to do.

Cons

I've been using this product for about a year now on a monthly (sometimes weekly) basis and there isn't anything that I don't like about it so far!

Work and access files from home when needed.

Pros

Very easy to use with privacy settings if you need privacy will remote accessing. Our account uses this so she does not need to always come into the office every time. I use it to work from home on occasion.

Cons

No cons that I can think of. I have not had any issues or crashes. Even minimal tech savvy people can use it.

Easy to take control of a remote device to provide support, troubleshoot a problem, or let the person demonstrate something. Helpful also for fleet-management of devices.

Cons

Pricey. Not bad if you sign up on a promo, but they don't extend promo pricing ever again once signed up. Feels a bit too much vs the value.

This software is quite easy to use and very reliable. It allows us to work from home on off days and allow our IT company to do updates remotely.

Pros

Our doctor was able to log in to the system easily from home. He appreciated the flexibility offered.

Cons

This software had a major security flaw, which I certainly hope has been addressed. It could have caused a real issue.

Our offsite computer techs always utilize this when implementing changes or fixing employee issues and it takes the stress out of troubleshooting issues.

Cons

I haven't experienced or heard of any employees experiencing issues with this software. I would honestly recommend it to anyone.
