I would recommend it this product to other organization's. Pros The reporting and report generation is wonderful. After a one-on-one meeting with a support services explaining the details and how to use it has been a day-to-day reporting tool our company uses. Cons The only thing recently is the fact that after implementing a new system Unanet, that the amount of time to update the data has taken up to 1 hour to update. After many calls with Unanet and spreadsheet server support it was determined that the issue was Unanet database. We receive an answer to our requests quickly. After a couple of training sessions, we were able to use Spreadsheet Server with ease. I can generate reports quickly and have up to date information. Once you get to know Spreadsheet server and how it works, you can get things done. Cons We were accustomed to GL Wand, which is client-based. GL Wand is instantaneous, while Spreadsheet Server is not as quick due to it being cloud-based. However, we adapted. Cons Only negative I have experienced is the upgrading of reports that needs to happen as we have upgraded over the years, since we are longtime users our reports are old but with the support team we have been able to resolve issues that have come up. All the data and numbers are pulled into the spreadsheet within less than a minute. We use it on a daily basis, and we love it. Cons Installing Spreadsheet Server for a new user or on a new laptop can be a challenging process. At times, the data doesn't pull in properly, or there are issues with entering the correct username. However, once the installation is completed successfully, everything works smoothly. If we encounter problems that we can't resolve on our own, we submit a ticket, and the representatives are always quick to provide assistance.
