Easy to use online CRM system, nice look & feel, easy mail integration, pocket CRM is a great add-on for using on your mobile phone

Cons

Would prefer to have an integration with for instance MailChimp or other marketing tools, since I'm not really enthusiastic about the features that are within Superoffice on this matter.

I like it because its online and can be axessed anywere, and on iOS platforms.

Cons

I dont like that its a bit difficult to learn if you dont work with it daily. I dont like that its not possible to add external documents like ecxel for instance.

Pros

The ability to link SuperOffice to Outlook makes it easy to archive and track all emails. The diary is a useful feature, which enables you to see at a glance any task outstanding. SuperOffice almost thinks for you, for example by suggesting a company or contact you may wish to select, based on your most recent activity. Any support requested has always been extremely prompt, efficient and effective. It's a joy to deal with a company that is so responsive and clearly values its customers.

Cons

It can be a little bit slow to open archived mail, which can be frustrating when you're busy and in a rush.

I like the selection process, that your database for mailings is dynamic and always updated It's easy to evaluate the success rate of mailings

Cons

The functionality when creating a new mailing .e.g. when choosing a picture it often takes a few tries to get the size right. The process of resending mailings to a new selection could be easier.

Pros

Very easy to use, allow users to customize it to their preference. It helps me in my daily jobs, it saves me a lot of time, improve my time management as well.

Cons

so far so good, maybe it could be better if able to integrate with other software?! The user interface is slightly outdated.

You can use S.O. for your mailings or reports. We cannot work without SuperOffice anymore.

Pros

You have all the information about a customer or supplier in one program. so all the information that you or your colleagues note is visible to everyone.

Cons

You are very depending of S.O. when you are used to it.

Just a few ( one or two ) clicks to find your information, up to two screens. Possibility to customize.

Cons

Group " activities" is sometimes too confusing. Cloud version difficult if it falls away, because we can not do anything without this software :-)

The system has improved a lot the last couple of years.

Pros

All CRM systems have the basics need for sales. This system also includes functionality enabling us to work with sales through dealers. Includes really good e-marketing functionality.

Cons

The need select buy additional 3:rd party software to integrate with other systems like MS Outlook, ERP and BI. Still good that the additions are available.

When I was a beginner in the program, I actually thought that it was quite difficult to use but after a few weeks working in the software I started to love it and still doing that today = )
