Easy to use, easy to learn and a lot of features and possibilities to adapt to your business.

Pros

How fast a new user can actually use this software without any major training.

Cons

Not much to dislike really...maybe the feature to have default fields that the user must fill in to be able to save a new company.

### "For an admin, this crm is annoying to use"

From the admin site - horrificly unintuitive. Normally I get the grasp on new solutions pretty fast - nothing in this works as I expect.

Pros

I am reviewing as an admin - havnt really experienced anything positive yet - beside the software, their support is working fine

Cons

When testing solutions, i dont have the ability to login as another use, to test their end - i have to get their password etc. Would work 100times better, if I could just login from the admin site.

Pros

It was fully functioning, I reckon we could have gotten more value out of it if we had used more features.

Cons

It was rather expensive, it seemed hard to start with a “light” version and then add modules which would have been nice.

Pros

For keeping in touch with users and creating newsletters, this product works great - everything is easily accessible and the work flow is easy to understand!

Cons

The questionnaire part of the software needs some work - it is great that it exists, but still has s a few bugs and could add additional features. Once it's in place (which I don't doubt it will be) it'll be perfect!

My overall experience with SuperOffice is quite well. However there are a lot of options, and to my feeling I do not know how all these options work or where I can find them. I think SuperOffice can make the use easier.

Pros

What I like the most is that you can integrate the software with microsoft outlook. In this way it is very ease to archive your e-mails.

Cons

Sometimes it is very difficult to find things. For example, if you want to enclose documents, it took me some time to find out how this works.

I like the fact that it helps me in my day to day work. I feel that I can not be without it, if I enter all data correctly.

Have used superoffice to run a marketing campaign for my company, used it to find adresses of the people that had won a bluetooth speaker

Pros

Easy to find the information i am looking for. Easy that it saves most recently visited clients so I can easily grab them back.

Cons

Sometimes when going back it leads to a page i didnt suspect. Would prefer if i would go back it would bring me back to what i was looking at just before it.

Pros

It's possible to handle support issues somewhat.

Cons

It's not integrated with Jira. Email notifications are in Norwegian (perhaps error in config). Difficult to navigate. Very slow and looks like a CRM from 15 years ago.

The ability to have our contacts all in one place. Ease of search. Being able to add an interest (s) to each company and or contact to enable more detailed searches for marketing.

Cons

Quite a few options and lists for setup side takes a little time to navigate around. Once you get going it gets easier.
