Pros

Built on top of Survox's other products, which we already use, so there was very little that was new to learn.

Cons

Hidden settings (like default response delay) made setup and configuring it properly very difficult. The dialer software is not good at detecting dtmf tones, so it mis-interprets responses all the time. No built-in TTS or STT options, though we were able to get it working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] after substantial experimentation.

Its been a great chalenge for me. I been at it for 3 years i have learned a lot.i would refer my friends anytime to it.

Pros

Fun and very benifiting to do keeps your knowledge up.

Cons

Some are pretty costy and expensive.to purchase.
