"Don't do it "

**Overall:** Not great and please be mindful before going with these guys. I'm writing this as its come to a point that I have spent so much time on this app, for something that is an overpriced booking system.

**Pros:** Linked with Class pass. Costumer service calls straight away when you request help. That's all I can think of

**Cons:** Time consuming with behind house. Contracts links sometimes works for clients depending on the phone they have, better if they do it through the computer. Not user friendly. The three months free they give you in the beginning is due to how long it takes to convert your clients over and get contracts up and running. I paid clients transaction fees, which can equate to a lot for a small business. $2200 for us since we have been in contract. Now the transaction fees is working with mind body and is a new feature, everyone has to be sold a new contract because current contracts don't work with the transaction fees, which now requires more time for not only clients, you again. Took three months and 6 different calls for customer service to find the right person to start our appointments in the app for our clients to use. I had been doing this individually each week during this time You are locked in for a year. You are promised everything, time back, ease and leads walking through the door. I've found the opposite. Not to mention it iss 5x more than most other providers out there. I find it hard to write like this as it takes a lot for me to leave a review this bad, never have I ever in 10years in the business and working with two different providers in the past. The only best part of this whole experience is how well the sales guys sell it in the beginning.

**Reasons for Switching to Mindbody:** Promised the ease of moving automated emails over, our LCRM and more leads through mind body. Moving everything on to one platform and more leads.

"Mind body not at ease!"

**Overall:** The software is difficult to navigate and the scheduling aspect is consistently confusing. Because it lacks a simple, user-friendly interface for booking basic services like massages and sauna sessions, I cannot recommend it. It creates more friction than it solves

**Pros:** Mindbody’s primary strength lies in its niche specialization; it successfully caters to the health and wellness industry where few other platforms offer a comparable end-to-end solution. However, having used it across several different companies, I’ve found the user experience to be consistently counterintuitive. The mobile interface, in particular, lacks the fluidity and 'user-friendliness' expected of a modern app, often creating friction for both staff and clients.

**Cons:** While Mindbody is robust, I found the scheduling interface to be unnecessarily complex for daily use. Whether I was managing my own personal training clients or trying to book personal wellness appointments—like massages or sauna sessions—the process felt counterintuitive. The platform lacks the 'one-click' simplicity that modern fitness professionals and clients now expect.
