Overall I think there are better systems available and studios that value profit and convenience are likely to prefer a more customizable platform

Pros

Used widely by many studios and practitioners, allowing users to easily see all activity- The billing/class credits easy to track.

Cons

Seems to have frequent errors and outages, meaning you can get locked out of a class if you are unable to sign up in time. Sometimes classes are missing.

From day 1 it has been easy to use and provided all the services you expect from an online system. Very user friendly.

Pros

Straightforward and simple it navigate. Always provide reminders for patients and chart/scheduling is easy.

Cons

I honestly can't think of any negatives. Of all the EMR platforms I have used Mindbody is up there with the best of them

I have been a user of Mindbody software as both an admin and a student at other studios. The software is wonderful for the front end but the back end requires much more UI research and revamping.

Pros

Mindbody is very easy for clients to use and sign up for classes and workshops. The onboarding process for a new student is quick and easy. Many integations exist to help the process.

Cons

The configuration and backend setup of Mindbody requires way too many windows and clicks to move through the process. It is not intuitive.

Mindbody has provided valuable analytics for my community. As we move forward with offering new services, MB already has the ability to schedule them and track payments. I also feel that we are only using a small portion of what MB is capable of.

Pros

The analytics breakdowns are very helpful. I have appreciated AI chat for quick assistance with finding where to access or change little things on the site. The simple check in app for class attendees works well for my fitness center.

Cons

On our branded app had some changes made with an update (we did not choose this). This removed some of the most important features for my community (heartrate tracking). Two factor authentication was also installed. I see the need for online security, but I work in a retirement community, and this update has kept nearly all of our folks from using our branded app. We used to be able to log people into a tablet and let them track their workout with a heart rate monitor.

Pros

Its very intuitive to use and it have a large amount of products that helps for marketing purposes. Also the customer care support is excellent and the client support.

Cons

Sincerely nothing. maybe the integrated IA could be a little more smarter but, anyway, when it gets stuck on some topic customer service come right in to help out

After 7 years I can truly say that I'm satisfied with the software...do I wish it could do more...yes...do I like that it can run the entire business for us...YES!

I enjoy the ease of use and the fact that it can help run the entire business in a very simple and smooth way with little effort.

Cons

The support can be hit or miss...sometimes it is excellent and sometimes they can forget to get back to you.

This is the best software I have used for yoga studios and is very easy and helpful, has a lot of applications.

Pros

The very easy to read and intuitive dashboard. The dashboard allows you to see everything at a glance which is a time saver.

Cons

You cannot email a class to let them know of notifications. The print out for the class list/roster contains all the information about the students so you can't use it for sign in.

Love the platform very user friendly, designing services and packages are very easy to create recommend this app.

Pros

Love the accessibility, also how easy it is to create and schedule classes. The Mindbody Capital is great as well.

Cons

When it comes to creating packages for monthly payments it seems to keep adding the initial sessions back to the package with every monthly payment

Overall a very good experience. I believe that this is a good software to help me to meet the organizational needs of our business.

Pros

This Mindbody software helps me to stay organized with my clients. It is easy to use and works well for what I need.

Cons

The software could be more user friendly. One thing that I noticed is that when I go to enter a new client, it gives me options of other clients already that are not even close to the client I'm entering.

Overall its been great. I considered cheaper softwares but in the end chose MindBody because of the support they provide.

Pros

MindBody has always been great for me as a consumer so when I started a business that was a fit for the software I was happy to join it with my business as well. There have been technical glitches but they are very easy to reach and quick to address any issues. The software is very compatible with the app which is awesome and easy to use on the go. I considered cheaper softwares but in the end chose MindBody because of the support they provide.

Cons

The backend of it is complicated but the support is great to teach so its ok in the end to figure out.
