Cons: It is a total nightmare. I dislike every aspect of this software. From the functionality to the customer support - it is the worst ever. Please do not do it! It is the worst system I have ever encountered and I don't have anything to say about the product or company. Sorry.

Cons: Stay away from this system! We were set up to utilize their technology, and were very very disappointed. It took forever to get the system up and running, the system runs very slow over wifi, and we were told that "the system should really be run from a hardline connection."

Upon bringing all of our concerns to the table there were no solutions provided, and ultimately cancelled the service. We had to wait over a week for the "Executives" to make a decision on a refund.

After receiving a response that we would get a refund, it was sub-par. And to this day we are still getting charged and have not received a penny back.

Run far from this service, they are antiquated and the customer service is slow.

Very Very Disappointed.

Overall: Nothing.

Made for programmers not admin users, extremely convoluted system for managing transactions

Cons: This program was "redesigned" from easy to use Lucero system to this convoluted program, too many steps in coded language for programmers not lay persons and reports are also not easy to read or analyze. Monthly cost continues to increase for no more service or ease of use. I have no pros to report on this system, too many steps to log-in and it just gets worse from there.

Pros: Easy to use back end. Rarely down. Easy to purchase spammy articles.
Training modules are easy to find

Cons: Price continually went up. Services didn't change much. Technology became outdated. Mobile application was not much to look at. The company seemed behind the curve in having responsive Web 2.0 styled sights with responsive mobile. Also I asked for them to match offers that are available in the marketplace for better sites, they had no interest in doing so.
Now I'm a firmer customer with twice the site at half the price. This company is in a downward spiral in my option, with out a major shift in technology and pricing there days are numbered.
The kicker to your last month with this company is paying for services that you will not be receiving.

Way too expensive for an accounting package

Pros: Program is designed specifically for a Real Estate brokerage

Cons: Very expensive and program does not seem to have all small glitches worked out of it

Overall: With a brokerage of about 100 salespeople I thought this could streamline the transaction process and be worth the cost. I was wrong. At over $ a month I can easily outsource it for less and now brokerwolf is saying I have to pay more as out transactions have risen. The program is full of little annoyances that could easily have been rectified at the development level but never were. I would highly advise against buying this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Yes don't buy it.

Comments: We are required to use Lone Wolf by our corporate office. It is not the most easy-to-use software. I wish it were more intuitive like QuickBooks. The layout and steps are confusing to me for basic transactions.

Comments: Overpriced and under served. Need to call customer service? Be prepared to pay $75 per hour, on top of the high setup AND monthly fees. Want a reliable, high-tech system? This product is built on Visual FoxPro, a database development platform started in 1984 and DISCONTINUED in 2007! That means it will no longer be supported by future Windows updates and platform releases, which could result in your database becoming useless overnight, with no warning. So what was Lone Wolf¿s reply when I brought up my concerns? The owner, Lorne Wallace resorted to calling me names!

He created the software so that it ¿would be hard for a client to leave.¿ As the owner of a mid-sized real estate brokerage, I can attest that Lone Wolf has done exactly that, and not because I wanted to stay? If you do decide to leave, be prepared to start from scratch.
