Nearly everything requires manual entry, including transactions that should sync with bank accounts or accounting software. Paying agents and managing invoices still required outside systems, which completely defeats the purpose of having a back office platform. The reports and commission statements look nice, but the operational functionality felt very underdeveloped. In today’s environment, this level of manual processing is simply not practical. Pros Unfortunately, my experience with Lone Wolf Back Office did not meet expectations. The platform lacks critical integrations and requires extensive manual entry for core accounting and payment functions. While the reports are polished, the system felt underdeveloped for real-world brokerage operations where efficiency and automation are essential. Cons My experience with Lone Wolf Back Office was unfortunately very disappointing. The system relies heavily on manual data entry and lacks the integrations that are essential for a modern brokerage, particularly with banking and accounting platforms. Tasks such as paying agents, reconciling accounts, and managing operational accounting require multiple outside systems and significant duplication of work. While the reporting features are visually appealing, the platform felt underdeveloped from an operational standpoint. For a busy brokerage environment, efficiency and automation are critical, and this system did not meet those needs. Very disspointed. Pros Great program for managing all aspects of the real estate transaction including staff payroll. Cons Not sure what has happened recently but Lone wolf is no longer calling us back. We want to upgrade our server and would like to look at moving to their hosted solution but repeated calls to our account managers and even the collections department (where we finally got a person) were not responded to, continually told our account manager will call back to no avail. The company is rude and dysfunctional. The software was never set up properly we spent 100's of hours trying to get it working. Finaly after 6 months of not getting any answer or solutions I canceled my contract for lack of performance and support. They never responded. I purchase new software and had it up and running in no time with no issues. Lone Wolf not only would not can cancel my 1 year contract they continued to bill me which I would not pay. So at this point after still not getting responses i asked for a full return. Today they sent it collections so now I am filling legal proceedings for full refund and damages. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Pros I can not see anything I like about this Software Cons The archaic software is so dated and not user friendly at all. The customer service was either horrific or they were impossible to reach. No one would from the company would ever pick up the phone to resolve the problem or listen to the issue. Reasons for choosing Lone Wolf Back Office I did not know any better. Pros I did NOT like anything, Absolutely Nothing! Cons This company is useless. Once they get you to sign a contract and get your credit card, then you are unable to reach support. They do not respond to support tickets and you cannot get anyone on the phone. The program is outdated and difficult to install and use on a MAC. They never set up the IDX for my listings to come over into Back Office and no one would respond to me about it. In a technology world I would expect more. This program is very clunky. Super simple to keep track of your in progress deals and know what your missing/next steps are, and create commission invoices. Cons Very few cons I can think of. Even within their own company integrations no one knew how it worked. I.e. transaction desk is a Lonewolf product, but it could not be understood by people who were LoneWolf back office support people Reasons for choosing Lone Wolf Back Office I thought it was going to be more robust. It was simply more complicated. It did not integrate well with the accounting system did not interface with the banking system at the time I used it.
