June 26, 2024 5.0 It has been nothing short of perfect in every way these many years and I am a published author on customer service. They have transcended satisfaction and moved to winning my complete loyalty. They helped me design and administer my customized Strength-based Leader 360 Profile and I use it in my coaching. It has helped many leaders develop personal growth plans. I always appreciate how easy it is to contact them and how quickly they respond. I have used them to set up and administer hundreds of customized surveys over the past many years. They have never once let me down! Their team is invariably friendly and instantly responsive. Pros \- customizable questions - customer service - easy to use platform and accessibility for raters Cons \- reports aren't always reader friendly and can't customize beyond what options are there Reason for choosing SurveyConnect This was already a service we were using when I came on board. The only reason we would consider changing would be price and customizable report functions. The people are responsive and kind. Pros It is easy to add indexes or other reporting features, which makes it easier to customize our 360 for clients. Cons Would like more ability to extend surveys or send notifications myself without having to email someone. I can begin a survey, then be totally hands off until it is time to compile the data into a report. This is done simply with the click of a button and a comprehensive copy of the report is generated. Cons I cannot think of any cons I have in the capacity that we use the service. Cons The graphs are not intuitive to me. There are too many choices and wish that there is a way to streamline the questions.
