Owner Computer Software Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Finally timesheets that are compliant" June 4, 2023 5.0 I love the product, but the customer service was even better. Pros I have used many other services like Harvest and Clockify, but none of them make it as easy as eTimesheets. It’s dead simple to stay compliant because all the work is done for me ahead of time. We literally just need to plug and play and you get a series of robust reports and audit logs that help keep you compliant from your project time all the way to the task level.Oh and by the way, they have an integration with QuickBooks that makes paying for time as automated as I want it to be.Definitely staying with them for the long haul. Cons I wish there was a referral program so I could get a discount for referring my colleagues. Pros eTimesheet was user-friendly and extremely easy to access and navigate. The rate was more than fair, and we truly enjoyed the service. Additionally, it was easy to get assistance from the representative whenever we needed it. Adding the time was easy and the notes section was great. Cons Honestly, there was very little to dislike about the experience. It is very easy for our employees to access and use. Over the years, our tracking needs changed, and we have been able to utilize more of the features. Pros For the most part, the software is easy to set up and use. There was a recent update which caused one of the reports to not display properly. I contacted support and the issue was resolved in only 1 day. Cons Some of the ways you must enter the parameters for running reports could use more instructions. Sometimes it isn't obvious. Other tools felt like I needed to click around too much for clocking in and out, but tracking times was way easier with eTime. Employee management and visibility is great as well. As a recent small business founder, I was relieved to find eTimesheets.com to meet my timekeeping needs. It was important to me to find a great, inexpensive solution for DCAA compliance. I love everything about the software. I've used some of the "best" timekeeping softwares at previous companies, and they just don't compare to using eTimesheets.com. During the free trial period, it was quickly evident this was the perfect solution for me. Pros The best feature about eTimesheets.com is its ease-of-use and overall great user experience. At previous companies, I hated filling out timesheets each day with other softwares, which made it difficult to do the most basic tasks. Now using eTimesheets.com, all the timekeeping features I need are so quick and easy to use. Another great feature is the reporting. Timekeeping is an important part of my business, and the robust reporting features tell me everything I need to know. I also love the customer service. The team made setup easy and is extremely helpful. Lastly, I love the price and value. With comparable feature sets to some of the biggest timesheet companies, the price of eTimesheets is simply unbeatable. Cons I have yet to find anything that I would change about eTimesheets.com. They have made the timekeeping process simple, efficient, and flexible enough for even beginners! Cons Would love some on-line tutorials to make certain steps more intuitive to a new user. We have no need to look elsewhere since this does the job well for us to be able to clock in and out electronically and track our time down to the minute. Pros This is much preferred to a paper timesheet. I appreciate that I can enter my time whenever is convenient for me and that it's less about clocking in at an exact moment since I can do so after the fact. I like that it counts up my hours for me so I don't have to do the math myself if I'm not just working regular eight-hour days. Cons Occasionally I've had technical issues where the timesheet either wasn't available or gave me an error message, but I've always gotten it to work at some point by the end of the day.
