Additionally, it was easy to get assistance from the representative whenever we needed it. Adding the time was easy and the notes section was great. Cons Honestly, there was very little to dislike about the experience. If anything, I would have appreciated even more advanced features or customization options, but overall everything worked very well. It is very easy for our employees to access and use. Over the years, our tracking needs changed, and we have been able to utilize more of the features. Pros For the most part, the software is easy to set up and use. There was a recent update which caused one of the reports to not display properly. I contacted support and the issue was resolved in only 1 day. Cons Some of the ways you must enter the parameters for running reports could use more instructions. Sometimes it isn't obvious.
