It is very easy for our employees to access and use. Over the years, our tracking needs changed, and we have been able to utilize more of the features. Pros For the most part, the software is easy to set up and use. There was a recent update which caused one of the reports to not display properly. I contacted support and the issue was resolved in only 1 day. Cons Some of the ways you must enter the parameters for running reports could use more instructions. Sometimes it isn't obvious.
