And support has been very helpful the few times I've had to call them. Pros They were one of the first to use biometric finger scanners for clocking in/out. It is much cheaper to use than others we looked at, and it does everything we need it to do, including bridging with Quickbooks, making payroll much quicker. Cons Since they changed the software, navigating is less intuitive. And there are some thing we used to be able to do that no longer can be done. I wish there were a way to go back to the older version, but it is no longer supported. I like that they listen to their customers. Pros I love how once you set up an event, you can clone it and modify it for other events that are similar. The preview page is also very nice so you see what it is going to look like for your customers. It is also extremely cost effective. The ability to add pictures, text and to edit content was also very easy! Cons When we ran reports for our event, we noticed that some of the reports we would like to have had weren't laid out the way we had hoped. Hoping that it was just because it was new and we would be able to figure out how to get the criteria we wanted.
