Not too involved or complicated , just keeps the bookings under control. Pros Relatively easy to use once you find your way around the software. Cons Would be nice to be able to print off each weeks bookings to keep in the bar area for times when enquiries come in and not near the office. Haven't been able to find out how to confirm guest has paid yet, keep getting message stating invoice still outstanding but I'm sure this will be rectified. Only other thing I noticed is deposit invoices still show rate of VAT at 17.5% even though I changed amount to 15%. Final invoice is ok.
