We've been a long time user of GagePack and very rarely contacts PQSystems for any kind of support. Today we needed some help and contacted John Alkhafaji at their support center. John provided quick, accurate, and concise information to resolve the issue we were having. He was professional and courteous on the phone. The best part is he resolved the issue in about 2 minutes. great Job!

After using Gage pack for the last two years I have come across a few small things that would be nice to add or change for our specific needs. Much to my delight, Gage Pack has responded and has included these changes in their revisions. The Support email and phone service is extremely efficient, I don't have to wait long for help and always get a friendly answer.

The software is easy to use. Service has allways been top notch and have provided support when needed. The only con I have is if you don't pay the renewal fee that the software stops working. I understand if the support stops but I don't thing the software should stop working. I beleive this is new since version 8.5.

We renew our GAGEpack each year. I am not sure what happened this year but we did not receive our update code before our current program expired. I call and spoke with John Alkafajhi and he was very polite and professional on the phone. He emailed me what I needed and I was very happy with the service.

Overall, I have been very pleased with this product. There have been some small issues with some of the version upgrades communicating with the database. Those problems have been quickly solved with help from customer service. I've been very happy with the timeliness and the accuraccy of the help. Thanks!

I submitted an issue about upgrading gagepack and moving it to a new PC. My issue was resolved within the hour and was able to get the user back online. John was very helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable about the product. You can't ask for better customer service than this.
