Pros: you can adjust the fields to what you want. it allows you to send an email and most of the time see that it's been sent, received and opened or not

Cons: sometimes it saves, sometimes it doesn't...very aggravating to write something in a field and go back and it's not there

Overall: All information about a client in one spot

Great value! Lots of features for price. Easy to use.

Pros: API is well documented and fairly easy to integrate. Able to send data through an outside web form and automatically initiate a series of events including timed notifications and automated emails.

Cons: Support does not have a phone number to call, only a form to fill out. Response time from the form usually takes around 24 hours.

Comments: The best thing about this product is that it integrates somewhat well with Google Apps (now called G Suite). The cons to the product include cost (it's REALLY expensive) and somewhat poor ease of use.

Comments: I use the Solve360 CRM over the vast number of competitors for one reason: it sports an easy to read section at the bottom of each customer page summarizing everything you need to know in a heartbeat. In that one box you can see key hyperlinks to pages relevant to that customer, like things you have sent to them in DocuSign, key upcoming tasks, GMails incoming and outgoing, Links to Box or Dropbox, and Xero and/or Freshbooks summaries. The last two are direct integrations which show a box with how much you invoiced for and how much if any is still outstanding. The GMail (and Google Apps For Work) integrations can be completely automated with the simultaneous use of GMail labels. That's all very awesome. What I hate is that they are very rigid about not allowing you to choose how you want to sort customers. I don't profess to be a database expert, but I do have a couple dozen years experience with them and with classification systems in general. Standard practice is to sort by larger groups first, then smaller, so in this case, you'd display "Smith, Ted" not "Ted Smith". The reason is that if you also have a customer named Bob Smith you'd expect to see "Smith, Bob" followed by "Smith, Ted". You wouldn't expect to see Bob high up in the list under the B's and Ted hundreds of people later under the T's, but that's what Solve insists is right and they don't let you fix it. They just suggest you should use their search feature. Yes, that works, but I'm just wanting to see a list without doing an extra step. Anyway, I've tried 5 - 6 other CRMs, some of which solve that problem but just aren't as good as Solve at the basic idea of showing a summary of everything you need to know in one place. Hopefully they will fix this - but new potential users should be aware.

Pros: See above review for details.

Cons: See above review for details.

Comments: Tested (and still testing) several other cloud CRM apps and always come back to solve360. It is most probably the best in customization and stability. Nevertheless, it lacks some important integrations with other apps like NiftyQuoter, Teamwork projects / Desk and also it should have improved reports and insights (for sales and activities).

Pros: Customization, stability

Cons: reports, insights, integration with other apps

No solution is perfect but Solve360 impressed me

Comments: Solve360 is aimed at small businesses and teams of under 20 people, particularly those with project-heavy, collaboration-based workflows. If you fit that description then Solve360 is probably the best CRM you¿ll find. No solution is perfect but Solve360 impresses, and it¿s heads above most of the competition. Well done! The software sports both the features you¿d expect from a CRM, as well as innovative, intelligent features you won¿t find elsewhere. Additionally, it delivers some delightfully unique features like a near-seamless integration between contacts and ¿project blogs¿. Solve360 is an intelligent software that blends innovative design with well-constructed features, and it deserves its place among the elite of small business CRM.

Pros: - Solve360 walks the line between form and function - High-level security - Well executed list of integrations

Cons: Solve360¿s feature set has some downsides. Database queries, for example, are pretty limiting.

Comments: As the other reviewers mention many people who are searching for the right CRM will have evaluated many of the offerings on the market today. If you have not tried out Solve360 yet then you should get right on it. We loved the way it can be shaped to match your business and the integration with google apps is top class. Easily a TOP 3 CRM product for SME's.

Pros: Flexibility google contacts sync google calendar sync google docs integration support is one of the best experienced anywhere online

Cons: Main website is a mess and difficult to navigate The support forum link has been removed from the main site. This forum is by far the best managed support forum I have come across online. There are many solve users who will no doubt agree.

Comments: We use this tool every day in our business to manage our sales process and project work. The longer I use it, the more I like it. This tool has several integration points into Google Apps (contacts, calendar, tasks) but the most impressive one is this contextual gadget that lets you see information about a client right from the Gmail window.

Pros: The natural way the tool fits our business workflow; the speed of finding information that is important to us; versatility of the project blogs; how we can collaborate securely with our clients using project blogs.

Comments: Solve360 is the perfect solution for running our firm and managing our systems and processes. We have been able to quickly and easily link contacts, companies and projects in ways that make sense for managing a variety of projects. We can share the data with the right people in and out of our work group! We can manage simple tasks and develop step-by-step systems for work group performance and management. Solve360 works seamlessly with Google apps. Google Apps with Solve360 is tough to beat and an exceptional value at about $10-$13/month per user. Bottom line is that this product will give you less brain damage and it works!

Pros: Google apps integration; CRM with Project Management together in one solution.

Cons: The UI could use a little kick in the shorts

Comments: Have used Act, Maximizer, Microsoft CRM, Siebel on-demand, and even started our business up on Salesforce.com. Started looking for better task/project management beyond what Google Apps provided and fell in love with the fresh well integrated approach to CRM that Solve360 provides.
