"Solve CRM is somewhat unwieldly and difficult to use"

**Overall:** I found Solve to be pretty difficult and unwieldly to use with too much information and limited filtering ability, impairing my ability to understand information about a client without feeling overwhelmed.

**Pros:** It is a very information dense CRM, where a lot of information is stored and displayed at once, which can be helpful if you want to see all the information at once.

**Cons:** The high level of information displayed at once, without any sort of options for filtering can make it difficult at times to find the most important information regarding a client.
