Especially impressed with the customer service that has been very helpful, patiently responding to all my queries. Pros Quite easy to use, with great customization possibilities. Tags and team features works well. Contact based, and allows easy integration with MailChimp. Cons Filtering is not always intuitive. When making changes to a contacts form, ctrl+z will visually undo the last thing you did, but this does not actually reflect in the form. Review Source CB Chris B. If you fit that description then Solve360 is probably the best CRM you’ll find. No solution is perfect but Solve360 impresses, and it’s heads above most of the competition. Well done! The software sports both the features you’d expect from a CRM, as well as innovative, intelligent features you won’t find elsewhere. Additionally, it delivers some delightfully unique features like a near-seamless integration between contacts and “project blogs”. Solve360 is an intelligent software that blends innovative design with well-constructed features, and it deserves its place among the elite of small business CRM. Donor Relations Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Basic, easy data entry for tracking donors" January 11, 2018 4.0 Pros I liked that I could be 'assigned' donors to track and have my list all in one place, as well as pull up their info and be able to add notes of whether we corresponded via email/phone... and that co-workers could go in if they received a response, and see what I emailed them about. Great for team projects, too. Cons It took me a while to figure out HOW to get to my assigned list of donors, and the software looks archaic, it isn't pleasing to the eye, like other software programs that we use. Pros Flexibility google contacts sync google calendar sync google docs integration support is one of the best experienced anywhere online Cons Main website is a mess and difficult to navigate The support forum link has been removed from the main site. We have been able to quickly and easily link contacts, companies and projects in ways that make sense for managing a variety of projects. We can share the data with the right people in and out of our work group! We can manage simple tasks and develop step-by-step systems for work group performance and management. Solve360 works seamlessly with Google apps. Google Apps with Solve360 is tough to beat and an exceptional value at about $10-$13/month per user.
