We are keeping track of all our potential customers and when we called or visited them. We also do a lot of different evaluations with the system.

Pros

\- The App - That it is so individual, you can create the software you need and you can always change it, if a new employee has an idea

Cons

One of my colleagues can't speak english which makes it kind of hard for him to use the app since you can't switch to another language.

Our experience with Solve has been great and it fully fulfills all of our needs and allows us to keep great notes and records on different clients.

Pros

We use this software with one of my nonprofit clients (a healthcare services organization) and it allows us to keep detailed records of clients including their relationships (friends, family, etc.) which is pertinent information for the work we do.

Cons

If you are working with another database for donors (as we are) the information doesn't necessarily export in the same format as the other databases so you may have to reorganize it in order to import new entries.

I have been working with Solve360 for over 5 years ad although we have also used different ERP software where they have integrated CRM within the software nothing was as easy and complete as a CRM then Solve has been.

Pros

Easy of use and intuitive feeling. Everything you need is visible in one screen, you don't have to toggle between tabs or screens.

Cons

You can't make any field obligatory, so there is some room for human mistakes when inputting.

Pros

We like its functionality and flexibility. Best of all, the customer service! (Always swift and so very helpful!) Using it to capture contacts, and to run projects. Being able to set up project task templates, and also put all the relevant documentation in a structured manner in the same place makes it a pleasure to use. Being able to copy emails straight to a blog or project in adding solve to the sender list - genius!

Cons

Not sure I can think of one.. I've recommended it to quite a few people and bought in over into two new companies.

Customer Service is very responsive. They spent significant time trying to solve a problem I was having with emails not copying to the database. They ultimately determined it to be a Comcast problem and provided the email headers from a sample errant email. That enabled Comcast to find and resolve the problem on their end.

Pros

It is very useful for management and organization of our customer base and responsiveness. It's not difficult to use, which is surprising given the many options and functions available.

Cons

This is a very good CRM for our purposes. I have no complaints.

Tested (and still testing) several other cloud CRM apps and always come back to solve360. It is most probably the best in customization and stability. Nevertheless, it lacks some important integrations with other apps like NiftyQuoter, Teamwork projects / Desk and also it should have improved reports and insights (for sales and activities).

Pros

API is well documented and fairly easy to integrate. Able to send data through an outside web form and automatically initiate a series of events including timed notifications and automated emails.

Cons

Support does not have a phone number to call, only a form to fill out. Response time from the form usually takes around 24 hours.

Easy to use and if I ever have a problem I can email the customer service team and I get a response really quick which is super important to me.

Cons

I guess the only thing I wish Solve would do is create sales reports from the sales numbers that I import into the system but that's the only part of my job that I wish the software would do for me.

Pros

I'm a novice as a Solve user, based in the UK. It came highly recommended by an IT company I employed to develop an easy to use CRM tool to support my education business. I specifically wanted a means of gathering information at each stage of the process e.g. learner assessment, enrolment and on going communication with parents. I find the final product easy to use and the customer service was excellent.

Cons

Perhaps the final product could 'look' a bit neater.

We use Solve to manage leads in the business, it gives a company wide view of leads and their progress and anyone can access the data so not reliant on the knowledge of one person.

Pros

The customer service is really good. A quick email to the team always gets a prompt reply. Always helpful and they also follow upon issues that could not be solved or that have since been rectified.

Cons

The Last Updated function is a bit odd as some leads show as being updated when they haven't but that Always is a very minor issue, overall a great system.

Pros

A very manageable application, being able to track contacts in a fast way is doing well. The relationship with customers is no longer an obstacle, since this application has an excellent CRM so here you have the solution, in terms of organizing with customers in an organized manner.

Cons

It should be more dynamic and understandable, you should use it to familiarize yourself, which takes some time.

Pros

I really like the fact that all of my massive amounts of communications via emails to my network and clients are automatically attached to each contact and company.

Cons

The software isn't visually appealing to me and has not been intuitive in my experience however I will spend more time learning how to use it.

We used Solve exclusively for a couple years and recently shifted to Hubspot. But as soon as I left, I missed some of the features Solve has so now we use both.

Pros

My favorite features are the ability to easily tag a bunch of companies to segment them as well as sending out group messages to 1,000 people at a time. Sending this way rather than Mailchimp makes my emails look like I actually wrote it specifically to each person instead of an email campaign.

Cons

The UI is a bit dated and looks like an old version of Outlook.

you can adjust the fields to what you want. it allows you to send an email and most of the time see that it's been sent, received and opened or not

Cons

sometimes it saves, sometimes it doesn't...very aggravating to write something in a field and go back and it's not there

The tech support. They're the best. Had a recent issue and they were able to resolve it in an hour or so.

Cons

Sometimes it can be slow and I feel bits of work here and there don't save all the time, but typically I rely on Solve for the purposes of the event planning/scheduling non profit I assist.
