Can see exactly what I will earn on commission on there and keep good track of how much I will earn.

Overall, it is very helpful but I would love to see some improvements. Like less refresh time allowing for more time to actually download the reports. It would be helpful to be able to download a list of rules and what the rules contain as well. As this has been requested many times for internal use within our company.

Pros

Helps in calculating royalties for us. We can create multiple rules with different criteria which is helpful since we have a multitude of different types of contracts

Cons

waiting for the refresh, we only get about 10 minutes to download reports before the refresh starts over again. Also, we met a few years back because we could not move from analytics to Credit Assignment without having to log back in. This is still a problem.

so far this is good to use and easy to navigate to sellers to provide thier details in a click away

This is good module for sales compensation plan. very user friendly UI and this accomdate all your sales commisson plan for your oragnisation

Cons

user details like email ID and name should be editable in case somone put it manaully currently you cannot modify the user meial address which cretaes duplicity of user in system

It looks like the system has equipped with a lot of features we do not need, but the ones we need are not that well designed.

Pros

There are a lot of possibilities and from some point of view it is also flexible.

Cons

It is very complicated to filter out and review records. First you choose "Orders -> Orders" then you have to choose one period to show the records. After that if you like to review one certain record you choose the item code three dots, type the item code to search field press Enter, click the code that is found from the list, click Select and after clicking Search you can review the record you like. So, there are pretty many steps to do this simple task. Furthermore you have to always base the filtering records to incentive dates. This is not very practical since we have always release dates out of multiple months and therefore I would very much like to see the ability to base the filtering to release date instead. It would be very useful to have easily both Incent and Connect side by side open same time. Now you can open the Connect from Incent and then log in back to Incent from another browser tab to have both same time open. If Connect happens log out due to inactivity you have to do the same again.

I would say overall experience with Xactly Incent is average with my comments above. It's definitely better than calculating credits, quotas, attainments and commission manually offline, but it's very challenging to configurate and maintain the plans in the system for mid-large size companies

Pros

Historical data are saved in the system and commission calculation can be calculated for simple plan structure.

Cons

1\. Can't download quota credits for all months at once (unless doing it through Analytics) 2. Can't do "unselect all" when launching plans 3. Reports don't work well with historical data. One single "As was" historical people, quota, hierarchy and position can't be pulled . It's either the latest versions or all versions 4. My company fully relies on the Xactly TAM team to do the plan configuration, and there is no FRD provided afterwards. This makes it a bit hard to maintain the system when issue occurs, especially we don't always get prompt support on the reported issue 5. The functionality doesn't support the configuration of complicated plan and SPIFF design well

We have been using Xactly Incent and Analytics for about six years. Previously we depended on excel files that were maintained by numerous analysts across the company. We created a team that works exclusively on compensation and we all use Xactly to do that. It has allowed for better accuracy, audit controls, more consistent standardized processes and analysis of compensation. We can turn around data and modeling requests much quicker than before and we can also make changes to the comp plan in minutes rather than the days it would have taken to set up new excel calculators for 1500 employees. Being a part of the Xactly family has also allowed us to network with other companies and professionals to find best practices and ideas.

Pros

Using Xactly Incent has allowed our team to have more consistent SOPs and better accuracy.

Cons

The user interface seems clunky at times. I do not like the frame-within-a-frame design that is used in some of the objects. I also wish it was easier to move between objects - Profiles has helped, but it's not quite what I would like.

It's a great experience and streamlining the compensation process using Xactly Incent.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate the UI for access. The plan configuration and deployment managed very well with Incent.

Cons

The certification release letters at Title level where as there is no option to select all titles or multiple titles.
