September 24, 2024 5.0 My team uses Diamond Dental Software with ease and we track our numbers with ease, Recall, Progress Notes and more. We have a bridge to Dexis and Florida Probe for single point patient entry (front desk) and able to find patients in all computers. Pros I have been a user since 1987 when it was DOS based! The Windows version has been upgraded over the years and is rock solid. I have to call for support once every few years, usually because I changed a computer in my office and need a hint to get up and running. \[sensitive content hidden\] is always very helpful when I need to call. July 23, 2022 4.0 It's a great software however it was hard to keep track of my day. Pros Yes it was easy to use however I have worked with other software' that were more intuitive. Cons It wasn't difficult however the learning curve space took some time. Office Manager Used the software for: 2+ years ### "The worst customer support" May 10, 2017 3.0 Pros The software is reasonably priced and can do the job for a small dental practice. It offers quite a few helpful features. Cons The program is not particularly easy to navigate. Customer service is poor. No one at our office wants to call "Jeffrey" because he is rude and condescending, yet there are times when even he doesn't know the answers to the questions he is asked. Review Source JM Joel M. It does everything I want it to do. I wholeheartedly recommend DDS in a heartbeat. Try it, you will not be disappointed. Pros This software does everything you need done for a dental practice. Tech support is better than excellent. EASY to use with a very small learning curve. Network compatible. Extremely stable. Encryption compliant. Cons After 18 years of use, the only problem is that I am on the east coast and they are on the west coast - time difference when I need support ( which occurs very rarely). This may not be the most beautiful looking software but it is quite intuitive and easy to use. Pros Quite simple and easy to set up.. Does all you need without overly complicated and huge data files. Very simple to manage and with incredible support.
