And then being able to save queries to run again and again, and we can also customize the results for better readability. Cons I am not a tech-savvy person, so for me there is a lot of clicking around. Some of the fields from our software, I wish were named better but I don't think that is CQ's fault. Cons Building the reports can be pretty difficult but once you learn the processes it gets easier. It took me a while to get to the point I could create some of them.
