Pros: I have really come to appreciate just how useful Cyberquery can be for pulling reports to track our clients sales and information.

Cons: Building the reports can be pretty difficult but once you learn the processes it gets easier. It took me a while to get to the point I could create some of them.

Pros: I really appreciate being able to create our own internal reports for what WE need. And then being able to save queries to run again and again, and we can also customize the results for better readability.

Cons: I am not a tech-savvy person, so for me there is a lot of clicking around. Some of the fields from our software, I wish were named better but I don't think that is CQ's fault. No other issues really.
