I love how IndySoft’s automated reporting pulls data from our sales, inventory, and CRM systems, then spits out a clean PDF summary in seconds; I use it every month to hand off a ready‑made KPI snapshot to my manager, saving hours of manual work.

Pros

The real win for us is the custom reporting module; it lets us pull data from the ERP and generate PDFs in a click. The drag‑and‑drop layout was surprisingly intuitive, and the built‑in charts updated live. Plus, the API hooks made it easy to push metrics to Slack for quick alerts.

Cons

The only real hiccup is the onboarding guide; it skips over a few advanced settings that we needed for the nightly batch jobs. It took us a couple of days to dig through the forum to find the right config flag, which slowed the rollout a bit.

Overall, IndySoft feels like a mature calibration management platform rather than a basic asset tracking tool. Once you understand how the system is structured, managing calibration records, monitoring asset history, running reports, and preparing for audits becomes much more organized. The amount of customization can make the initial setup feel heavier, but for teams that actually use these capabilities, the value for money is good. My overall experience has been positive, with customer support being one of the stronger parts of the product.

Pros

What I like most is how much control IndySoft gives you over the calibration management process. Keeping asset histories, calibration events, certificates, and related records in one place makes day-to-day management much easier. Reporting is also quite useful once everything is configured properly, especially when you need to review an asset’s history or prepare information for an audit. Customer support has been helpful whenever the setup or customization gets more technical.

Cons

The flexibility comes with a learning curve. Some of the administration and configuration areas are not immediately intuitive, especially when you start changing deeper settings or creating more specific reports. I would also like to see some of the management and permission settings become easier for administrators to configure without needing additional guidance.

Customer service is great. Tech sync not so much. The program itself is incredible, and I'd love to see them improve tech sync's back-end programing to improve its speed.

Pros

The service was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Great work.

Cons

Tech sync doesn't work as one would assume. It pushes major changes once weekly (Sunday night). It really, really, should push out the moment you click "sync now".

Overall it works great and the Indysoft Support group is top notch and always helps us when we need it

Pros

It has the options that our users need and is user friendly. Its a very comprehensive program and can be customized to meet our needs

Cons

Its very in depth and administration of the product can be tricky at times and not easy to understand, especially since our company depends on the groups themselves to administer the product rather than using IT.

Overall, my experience with IndySoft was good. It performed well for calibration tracking and compliance needs, but usability and interface improvements would enhance the user experience.

Pros

What I liked most about IndySoft was how effectively it centralized calibration management. The software provided clear visibility into asset status, streamlined scheduling, and reliable documentation for audits and compliance. Its structured workflows helped improve consistency and efficiency across the calibration process.

Cons

While IndySoft is powerful, what I liked least was that certain features were not as user-friendly or flexible as they could be. Customization options were limited in some areas, and minor performance slowdowns occasionally impacted productivity.
