This made things so much easier for us and does exactly what we need. It may not have all of the bells and whistles but that just slows us down. Does exactly what we need it to do

It is simple to use and easy to teach and learn.

Cons

Maybe could have bit more colors and flourishes but really not important in the long run

Whenever I have needed to call Gym Assistant with questions \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been the absolute best! She is very helpful and patient.

Pros

I like that it's pretty easy to figure out how to use all the different settings, even if you aren't tech savvy.

Cons

I'll sometimes have problems with Gym Assistant connecting with ippay when I run the monthly gym dues.

Pros

The software was very easy to learn after using a different gym software.

Having an issue with sending out mass e-mails and all members not receiving them.

Pros

Simple and easy to use. I can keep track of all the members that are in our facility. Parents like it so they can call me and I can let them know if their child is at our facility or not. Great for storing valuable information of our members for emergency circumstances.

Cons

It is a little expensive, especially when buying new barcode tags.

### "We bought a gym!"

Overall we've enjoyed it. I've never looked into other programs and quite honestly have no intention of doing so. If it works, why change it all out?? It's doing what we need it to do at this point in the game. Now ... get more members and some experience under out belt, I may rethink that. Lol But, we did notice with this last update there was some great changes. Caught us off-gaurd because there was no notice of an update coming ... but we were able to navigate pretty quickly. We do have a few questions we'll be reaching out to customer service for some help on.

Pros

We bought a gym ... this program was already installed so we stayed with it. For the most part it's very simple to use. I would say we picked it up fairly quickly and it's allowed us to monitor visits nicely.

Cons

I think the report side might could use a little tweaking. It seems to be slightly limited but I have to admit, I haven't had a whole lot of time to spend on it to see if it can do more. But from first glance, it's a little limited.

It's very easy to use and it gives you a lot of great data through the reporting features.

Cons

I wish there were more reporting options or weren't as many steps on some of the functions. Removing/purging old members could be easier as well.

The software we had prior to getting GA was something out of the Stone Ages. When we were searching for new software, we wanted to find something that was efficient, inexpensive, and user friendly. We demoed a few programs, but GA was the one that we selected. Since the first software download in 2014 our membership numbers have tripled. We are also a municipal run gym and the software has helped us to keep accurate records of all of our transactions. Our internal audits and the audits by the State Board of Accounts have been accurate.

Pros

Very User Friendly

Cons

I wish there was a way to automatically send out emails to customers to let them know their membership dues are almost due or due.

Okay. They were super helpful in the beginning but when I was having lots of problems they were hard to reach and did not call back in a timely manner.

Pros

The ease of entering new members into the system

Cons

The desk card reader didn't work most of the time, reports were hard to navigate, member visits each month are highly inaccurate, and the dual monitors are a problem.
