June 13, 2019 5.0 Pros The ease of use is great. Between the manual and just common sense, I was able to start and maintain our gym membership. I can get reports on just about anything I have thought of or needed. Cons If I have to do a print out of gym visits or payments for someone, I always copy and put it on a Word Document to make it look better. Pros It is user very user friendly. VERY EASY TO NAVIGATE. Installation was a breeze. Online back up. I can run just about any kind of report. I can view daily member check in. Cons I wish I would have done the key phobes instead of the key tags. The tags wear out quickly. Other than that I have no other issues with this software of the company. Gym assistant is amazing. Good luck if you need to get hold of their customer service department. I dont know why other users are rating their after sales support. Maybe because we are not based in Canada? Pros stable, hardly breaks down. Cons If anything does go wrong, or if you need to make any changes or customize anything, you have to deal with their customer service. We wait on average 2-4 weeks to get any feedback from them.
