The asset tagger also let me to know exact location of the assets. Pros Best with managing all my asset in the office and converting my document and files from physical state to digital state. I do not have to store all the outdated document at my office anymore. Cons The dashboard interface of this software is too old and outdated. It looks like a free and cheap software, but the cost to subscribing to the premium account is expensive. Pros Paper Tiger lets our staff access our filing system from any device in the office. It is​ very user-friendly​ and we have not had any technical issues with the system. Cons Some of the search functions are not great, if we do not label the keywords on files perfectly then they do not show up in search. This has caused some confusion in our office. My favorite part is that it can be accessed online so any staff member can locate files on any device. Cons Its search function can be lacking at times, I occasionally search for a file's exact title and the file will not show up but once I type in a keyword the files will then show up. I can't tell whether this is the software's fault or user error.
