Ease of use with the app on site and ability to record notes is also useful. Adaptability of the software and survey types is useful, but I think the naming/customisation of the heading for each section could be improved. Cons Reviewing and amending report on line is challenging, I would like it to be easier/clearer to change section titles and move sections around and have a PDF preview (I have this with my invoicing software). Just getting my head around markdown text and standard fields. With the last survey I resorted to running a full report off and reviewing manually, then amending online. Cost of dictation based on the first inspection would be cost prohibitive for us compared to word per minute cost of our usual transcription service (We do not have a sufficient volume for a subscription services at present) so paying per survey. Using Siri/Dragon dictate speech for the second survey was generally unreliable in the field.
