Pros I can check my customer and patient's records and their current health care plan, deductibles, and renewal dates. We choose Agency Master and have been an extremely satisfied customer for over 16 years. We cannot explain the ease of use, the performance and how with little more then an hour's training our new employees are able to use this incredbile verstile system. This is a system designed by an Agency Owner For Agency Owners, not computer programmers. Johnny and his Staff are professional, knowledgeble, and the best. Everything in the system from initial input of prospect information to policy issuance and invoicing is so streamlined it increased our productivity at least 40% over the two years we have been using Agency Master. Agency Master made the time consuming, painstakingly dreadful task of issuing hundreds of certificates a year into an easy few minutes. The accounting system tracks everything from agency bill and direct bill with such accuracy and ease of use it is amazing. The system is not only easy to use but just as easy to learn. I highly recommend Agency Master to any and all insurance agencies looking for a better, faster, simpler agency management system. Our agency is a small 3 producer independent insurance agency providing mostly property and casualty products to the commercial and personal market. We have grown with your software and can attest to its accuracy and extensive capabilities which allow us to perform our work quickly and efficiently. It handles our daily mail, emails, faxes and all banking functions seamlessly and effortlessly giving us a complete record of our clients account to-dos, activities and history. The auto-fill capabilities of the ACORD and company specific specialty forms makes certificates, quotes and other forms a quick and easy process with complete accountability. The accounting functions maintain all information for our renewals, endorsement, payments, trust account, accounts receivable and producer commissions. It keeps me more organized than I thought was possible. This system is one of a kind and beleive me I have received demo's from all of them and this one does more at a fraction of the price. I don't know how I ever did it without the accounting program which keeps track of everything for me down to the last penny.
