### "Abysmal Customer Service"

Pros

It mostly met our needs but felt a bit stuck in the past.

Cons

Horrible customer service response. We had to convert our system and the process was corrupted from the beginning and no real effort was made on their end to clean it up. Ultimately we pulled the plug.

Reason for choosing DaySmart Appointments

Pulled the plug on Appointment Plus and switched to MyTime instead due to the complete lack of customer service provided by Appointment Plus.

I decided to use this software for booking COVID patient vaccine appointments through Cardinal Health. The system crashed on Friday and now on Monday is has crashed again. Customer support was not helpful. Problem is still outstanding. WE ARE TRYING TO VACCINATE PEOPLE AGAINST COVID AND THIS SYSTEM HAS MADE IT MORE CHALLENGING TO DO SO BECAUSE IT KEEPS CRASHING.

Pros

When the system doesn't crash, the system is easy to use.

Cons

Software Crashes. Currently I am not able to login into my system to view my appointments for the day.

I have used Appointments Plus for the last 12 years. I am continually impressed with the ease of use and the customer service that I receive. I don't think I have come across a better group of people to deal with in any of my business transactions. From the people who helped me set it up in the beginning to the customer service reps who helped with technical issues. Great value for the money with great customer service to boot.

Pros

We use the system every day. The mobile app is really helpful. It’s useful for our remote employees that aren’t always close to their computers. They’ve really improved the mobile app in the last year or so. Great product. Love the quick answers to questions I receive.

Cons

I don’t have any cons. The team has been supportive and receptive to ideas and changes. Working through the platform over the years, I have seen many iterations. They are definitely heading the right direction!

Pros

We've been using this in a chiropractic office for years and it's been extremely powerful. It's easy to update the calendar and syncs immediately. It's easy to view calendars of all practitioners and jump to future or past days. It's very efficient and is a significant part of our work flow. Our team of 14 loves it and are very happy using it.

Cons

No real cons so far. Things have gone smoothly and customer service has been pretty helpful. They could do a bit more on the support side because many folks on our team are not at all tech savvy but for folks who know digital somewhat, it's been pretty smooth.

VERY infrequent circumstances where a client's SMS response to an appointment reminder message prompted a reply advising the request was denied.

After quick training and fantastic on-going assistance from Gary, ApptPlus is user friendly and an efficient time saver.

Pros

Paperless schedules! Ability to create/name specific scheduler input fields, create reports and see daily schedules with a simple click. Constant available help from Gary or other reps.

Cons

Without knowing for sure if this would actually work out well, it would be nice if schedulers were able to revise/adjust only pickup#s in current appts and not have to delete/cancel the original to correct accidental mis-keys. Initial set-up was a bit challenging as far as labeling fields and placement for our business' specific needs.

Loved that it had an app for my phone. Loved that we could break it up into several different schedules Loved that it was webbased

Cons

Not a good fit for our office. We are a small college health services. Needed shorter appointment time blocks, needed to be able to block off time and certain appointments randomly based on scheduling conflicts. Needed less down time from the company. A little bit better customer service would have been nice

Once you learn it, it's simple to use. The support has been outstanding - quick and knowledgeable. It does everything we need it to do.

Cons

It would be helpful if it had a horizontal calendar view, but the current calendar page works fine for us.

reduces no show to almost never keeps me working and making money instead of calling people back cheap front desk option

that you can't stay logged in until you log out on the phone app and sometimes it times out on my desk top as well

I did not have to deal with Google Calendar which I use to use. AppointmentPlus has great customer sevice and training.

Pros

AppointmentPlus worked very well for me. It was like having a whole department just to keep up with appointments. It does so much like group scheduling, booking more than I can remember.

Cons

I had a few minor difficulties figuring it out at first but I do love a challenge.

Having appointments made for me remotely.

Pros

I like that is easy to use and allow to block specific period of time during one day. You can also use different locations (if you are in the manager team) and you can view all your appointments in list format.

Cons

The app is easy to use but professionals could benefit from features like easily linking appointments to the google calendar, or receive alerts when appointments are being booked or send an email. It could also be helpful if it would allow you to block more than one block of time at the same time.

Ease of scheduling

Pros

The price is affordable for what I needed. Also, it is very user-friendly. I've been able to instruct my techs how to use the mobile app with little difficulty. Every time I've had a question, someone has called me back in a reasonable time frame.

Cons

I only have one complaint. If I email the schedule, the techs are unable to click on the address and it takes them to google maps. Only through the app can they do that. I feel it would be a little easier for them and for me if they could work from an email.

a bit pesky. you reply to text, and still usually get another and email notification. just can be a bit much as a consumer.

We have been very pleased with Appointment Plus. At the time, it was the only online software that I could find which providing scheduling in the way we need it. The customer service has been really great - I would give it 10 stars. Several representatives have gone above and beyond to help us with issues that might arise from time to time. I wasn't pleased with the large price increase this year, as I didn't see a great change in what we were receiving for the amount that it increased, but it still is the program that most meets our needs.

### "Missing a very simple feature which blocks users from using the product"

Pros

The product's UI is clean and easy to use, if the product worked.

Cons

There is no option for returning users to log in, which causes a "duplicate account" error when trying to book a new appointment. Users must use a unique email address each time they book an appointment. As a monthly user, I am nearly out of email addresses to use.

Five stars all around - almost. I would give the "ease of use" 4.5 stars, if possible. I just haven't had the time to work with the program enough to find out all the features and how to use them. That's on me but I wanted to be honest in my review!
