Pros: Easy to navigate and manage. Integrates nicely with SharePoint and Office 2010. As a part of a SharePoint Workflow, K-map add great value when it comes to capture knowledge and manage information structuring in a smart way. This is an almost seamless tool in the business process, and users adobt it quickly.

Cons: Needs a thought before installing and integrating. A nice information structure and clear business process/workflow map helps you implement this in an organization and this generates great value even from the start.

Overall: Use K-map sooner rather than later, to be able to gather knowledge and information in a smart, structured and seamless way in your business process workflows.
