Once you get in it’s easy to follow. Pros System is so easy to use. I like the self explanatory way everything just flows along. No problem learning it. I mostly love the audit logs of all activity on each invoice and the ease of communicating with our carriers through the site. Cons The only thing I would change is the reporting. You can only pull 3 months of data at a time so if you want data for 6 months, 1 year, etc, then you have to pull the same report multiple times for different time periods. Switched from [Descartes Aljex](https://www.capterra.com/p/215165/Descartes-Aljex/) Aljex always had different errors and our customers would frequently say they did not receive our invoices. With Epay, there are no errors and we have an audit log to show when an invoice was sent out. We also have the added bonus of efficiently communicating with carriers. They deliver what they say they will deliver and is always available to assist with any questions or updates. The actual system is very easy to navigate even for the non techy and we get great reviews from our carriers that use epay! Pros Ease of System Personable Customer Support Customizable to fit our changing needs Carrier Profile Updates & Annual Notifications Error Notifications Cons There are no Issues I can think of right now Switched from [Microsoft Teams](https://www.capterra.com/p/168668/Microsoft-Teams/) It was actually a system called HubTran but it was not listed in the drop down above so I chose Microsoft Teams so I could submit this review. Pros The customer service is one of the best I've experienced. Cons Nothing negative to say about it. Everything so far has been positive. I wish more freight brokers would use Epay. Epay is way better than other systems. Pros \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me greatly. She walked me right through it! Stayed with me on the phone until I was done. Cons Daunting for a computer novice, but they all scare me. Its not that hard to handle. I did it once and breeze right through it now. April 22, 2024 5.0 Our overall experience with Epay has been outstanding! Besides the product itself being the best we've ever used, the customer service is the real golden ticket. No matter what we need, Jason and Tim are there to help us quickly and efficiently! We can't say enough about how much we appreciate all the support they give us when we need their help! Pros Switching to Epay from our previous service increased our capacity a hundredfold! Because it does a lot of the work for you, we were able to significantly increase the number of invoices we could process on a daily basis without increasing our staff size. It is user friendly, efficient, and the customer service is second to none! Cons My only con is that we would love for Epay to help us with more of our specialized invoicing (portal or spreadsheet invoicing) as this is becoming a bigger bulk of what we do. I know this is a feature they can employ, but we haven't looked into it much so far. We look forward to doing this soon! Review Source AW Adam W. Best customer service in the business and we consistently paid our carriers well within terms without having to worry about it. Set it and forget it once you do the front end work. If you are looking to scale a younger brokerage or optimize a larger one, this tool will help out greatly on the accounting side. Pros The functionality of the system is excellent. More importantly, the ease of using the product while being able to invoice a customer and pay an invoice to a carrier was a significant benefit. When we weren't able to hire staff and needed to perform the job function, Epay made this possible for one person to handle everything. Their product streamlined our processes immensely and has made it possible for us to scale efficiently. Pros Paying vendors, generating invoices and submitting supporting documentation was time consuming, Epay Manager makes it quick and easy. It is pretty easy to use once learned. Still working on learning some features myself even after 2+ years of use. Cons Trying to filter down to view certain invoices is still tricky for me. I'm sure that is more of me needing to learn rather then it being hard.
