Pros: Tech support is an ease to get a hold of and the response is timely. Tech support is knowledgeable !

Cons: One of my issues with the software is merchant services and the decision for the tech support not to support Heartland payment systems basically forcing customers to pick certain merchant services!!

Pros: Pretty easy to set up, needed a little assistance from the installation team ~ Rep got everything set up from Check-in Software to credit terminal set up in one go and was very accommodating with scheduling us for our second location. Rep was very insightful with on-boarding; she answered a lot of questions for us & provided us with the confidence we needed to switch to SuperSalon. Our Software Trainer has also been very accommodating and patient with us in training since we only have one Manager that oversees all of the locations. Overall, each member has been an incredible asset in switching us over.

Cons: After on-boarding, there were not clear, definitive instructions or guidance to what we needed to do next. We had to reschedule with rep 3 times because we didn't know we were supposed to be in contact with someone from installation. I've brought up to all 3 staff members that assisted us that we're still missing a package and no one has gotten back to me about it (still missing it 1 month later). I don't like that they will charge you for each location of training when the staff in both location is the same, but rep did explain to us why. We haven't started using the system yet; we're waiting to import our gift certificate records to the system, which I just sent over a file and winged it since no one has told me how they wanted it formatted. There is an overall lost of communication that I hope will improve for future clients.

Overall: Customer database that syncs between all locations; gift certificate records synced between all locations; ease of use; multiple report functionalities; customizable to fit our needs.

Always resolve my issues when I call.

Pros: This software is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate and tells you what you need to do. It also tells you if you are not allowed to do the selected action.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about this software. Any trouble I have I can usually figure it out or I can call and get support with it.

Pros: Tech support works hard to target issues and won't quit until it's resolved. Team is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with a credit card terminal issue that flared up when we transitioned to a new computer (caused by software that came pre-installed - SuperSalon was in no way at fault). Great communication and service all around!

Cons: It would be great if iOffice had more features, or there was a remote desktop option. Another salon POS program I've used has full remote desktop capability, enabling me to fix issues remotely when the staff in-salon can't do it themselves. The ability to see the clients currently waiting/in service is also useful.

Best Salon software. Hands down. The Very Best.

Pros: Ease of use. So much versatility. I use the reports daily. I can access it remotely. Customer support is always helpful and professional. It is the very best. I cannot say enough good about it.

Cons: I wish I could make appointments remotely. Other than that I can find nothing wrong with the software.

Pros: The ease of use is unmatched. The staff walk you through each step and are very personable. They are a pleasure to work with. I could not ask for better service.

Cons: There are some tack on pricing items to the program customer friendly but it's worth it to give your customers a good user experience.

Pros: This software is so convenient !!!
Easy to use & user-friendly!! It's also a classy touch. There are always updates and version upgrades that enhance the software which keeps it fresh! Well done

Cons: It's so great but the only thing is the initial call in to getting support... you can barely hear the recorded message then press 1 and the volume comes up a notch but still not very good for how excellent the product is.

Great experience he was able to get Super Salon installed and working in under an hour!

Pros: Had a great experience today, he had the software back up and running with in the hour and even waited around for me to get it back to the salon to test the receipt printer!

Cons: I wish that the receipt printer compatibility was a little bit better, every other one we have to change out has a problem!

Fantastic service from Steven troubleshooting a major issue I had with the SuperSalon system.

Pros: SuperSalon is a very user-friendly system to navigate. Technical support group, in particular, Steven, take their time and explain the situation and resolutions needed. Thank you.

Cons: Software is easy to use, however, the most recent version has a white background which can be hard on the eyes.

Pros: When it works and efficiently, it's great.

Cons: Lately some of the freezing issues due to the POS X printer interacting with the software. I know that a lot of the issues do need to be resolved by Propoint techs. It would be nice if we could resolve issues on our own. I know that lately wait times have been extra long for techs to answer our salon's needs.

My service from rep was overall excellent, his follow up was timely, his attitude terrific.

Pros: being able to access the iOffice anywhere 24/7, and monitor my stores, is a major function I need to lead my salons.

Cons: It can't administer compensation/bonus for the same stylist working out of different salon locations.

Pros: Turned out to be a more complex problem then I could solve. One of the customer rep helped a great deal. Old passwords stored by Super Salon would not allow me to get into the system.

Cons: Instability - updates take out settings - and then when we have that straightened out - new updates and settings gone. Instability.

Jorge was very helpful, patient, and understanding with everything I needed help with.

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to teach to others. I manage a Supercuts salon and have to train new employees. Software facilitates the training over all. It's easy to read, add,delete or look up information on any service, customer services from previous months, years, etc... with a touch of a finger, it takes me there. Everyone at Supersalon is very helpful and prompt to help out most of the time.

Cons: Mobil app only gives you three options in services provided to customers. It messes up our wait time.

Pros: It's a unique software that addresses the needs of many salon concepts. The wait list works great for us because we have so many walk-ins. There are a lot of very informative reports you can run to keep up with many different aspects of your business and employees.

Cons: The .pdf instruction/manual for the software is not very well put together, so hard to look things up. A lot of the functions on the software seem to be in odd places which creates a significant learning curve that seems to never end. The 'back office' on the software is often set up differently than the actual software in salon, which causes even more confusion when trying to change settings.

Pros: It's very easy to learn . I love being at home and being able to check in on how the shop is doing . Their are many reports to choose from to show details of how each employee performs.

Cons: The payroll does not work with the new California payroll law when you pay your employees commission.

Pros: Remote access capabilities (iOffice); reports; seems to work for stylists (the Sales tab is intuitive)

Cons: Seems to be very fragile with settings and takes time to configure... My software for some reasons has info from 2014, but I only opened and purchased software in October 2017....

Our Installer was an awesome technician. He was very efficient & knowledgeable.

Pros: We like our customer support specialist. He helped us with the installation process and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. We were lucky to be helped/ served by him.

Cons: The hidden charges /fees from ProPoint is kind of disappointing at times. Many other franchisees say the same experience about hidden charges/ fees. However, the customer support team members are mostly good.

Overall: It was mandated by our Franchisor.

Pros: Easy to use. I use supersalon daily and find it easy to move around, get in and out. It gives me all the information I need. Tech help is good...especially Arik with my digital sign app.

The customer support I got today was great. The issue was resolved and he followed up.

Pros: There is one thing I like the most about the software and that's the reports. Good stuff. Otherwise, as a user it just too much to remember.

Cons: Personally, I think the software is over priced. Charging for add-on (s) makes this software package very unattractive and not to mention the so-so support. Just charge one price for everything. If a Franchisee chose not use the features so what they already paid for it. Just doesn't go over well with Franchisees when there is a charge per month and no multiple salon owner discount and all the extra fees. To be honest, if I had another choice I would spend my dollars elsewhere. Just saying.

We opened Supercuts in June and we¿ve had great support every step of the way!

Pros: Designed for the industry and it has a lot of features. One of the trainer is a knowledgeable resource. The iOffice interface is great for work in the back office.

Cons: It is cumbersome to set up and referring back to processes is difficult because of the many tabs and menus. It seems like ongoing trouble shooting is always necessary. The installation support should be much more thorough because it seems like the trainers know more about the system than the tech support people. There should be more organization wide syncing and use of preferences when more than one store exists so the same information doesn't need to be entered multiple time.

Overall: It runs the daily business and collects all the data necessary to evaluate the companies performance.
There are numerous settings so you can customize the software to your organization, but its difficult to determine the implication or the impact some of the settings have. The reporting seems extensive , but the analysis tools are lacking. It would be nice to have more workflow and process assistance while in the application so a user or owner had a roadmap for common processes and analysis.

Pros: IT KEEPS UP WITH INFORMATION AND INVENTORY VERY ACCURATELY. ALSO VERY EASY AND STRAIGHTFORWARD WHEN ADDING NEW OR DELETING OLD ITEMS. SALES DASHBOARD GIVES THE PERFECT INFORMATION ON DAILY SALES. DIGITAL MENU IS ALSO A NICE TOUCH AND MAKES OUR STORE VERY UPDATED AND LETS WAITING GUESTS KNOW WHEN IT'S THEIR TURN.

Cons: IT DOES SEEM TO GET OUT OF SYNC EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE BUT TECH SUPPORT IS QUICK TO HELP. THERE ARE A LOT OF STEPS WHEN CHECKING IN/CHECKING OUT GUESTS BUT DOES NOT TAKE LONG TO LEARN.

Pros: Ease of Use, common sense menu structure. Software is easy to update and modify to my store needs.

Cons: Not a great conversion experience when converting an existing location. Would be better if they sent someone rather than a contractor. Contractor didn't show up on time and overall coordination with SuperSalon and Contractor was not good.

The support staff got me back in business fast after my hard drive failed and I had to get a new computer.

Pros: It just works, every day. The critical business features necessary to keep my business flowing simply work. While the power goes out, the internet goes down, credit card processors hiccup, hard drives fail, and people make mistakes, I cannot recall a time where a single transaction failed because of SuperSalon.

Cons: I'd like to see more frequent releases with new features, in addition to having a clear roadmap of what features are being worked on.

Pros: Kiosk connection to sign in guests.

Cons: No one likes the recent upgrade. Removing the entry boxes for cash items has caused close out errors.

Pros: The system is very versatile and has the ability to be customized for most aspects of our business. Technical support is also very helpful .

Cons: The setup and training is woefully insufficient. The training is limited to short busts of time that doesn't account for the setup and onging needs. There isn't a good resource to call for small, quick trianing questions. Instead, we are limited to working with a trainer that has a tight schedule and blocks off time. Sometimes, we have quick questions that are not technical problems but user questions that we can't wait several days for an appointment. There needs to be on call customer support that isn't technical support.

I worked with one of the customer rep. on a credit card terminal install. He was absolutely phenomenal.

Pros: The software is very easy to use and manage you have everything that you need to run your business smoothly and efficiently pretty simple to understand and always have very good supports to help in time of need

Cons: I wish that there was a centralized database to wear all information could be accessed from different locations

Overall: It helps us to run our salon on all different levels as far as checking in client's keeping schedules I'm taking care of appointments during inventory closing out in the evening time keeping information for all of our clients Etc it's all inclusive software that is very easy to use and I'm always very satisfied

Pros: Great Customer Service from Esteban Vegan. He assisted with the transition of credit card processors. Both times he was prepared up front and made the move vey easy. I would recommend him highly. he was very personable too.

Cons: Availability for phone technical support. At times the wait or wait for a call back is very long. This is difficult for a high traffic business. .......

Pros: The payroll reports make calculating hours and commissions for pay checks easy, Able to download information for sales to QuickBooks. Numerous reports are available to help schedule staff and review sales

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to find what I am looking for but fortunately customer staff is always very helpful

Pros: I am not a big fan of this software. I would like to rate the technical support I received. I had issue with my system crashing in the middle of multiple transactions. Stylists had to reboot the system to get going. When we called support, one of the customer rep helped us through not only removing the virus but also whenever we got disconnected he made it a point to reach back and helped through this process. He is a very polite, patient and technically strong person. He solved our problems very professionally.

Cons: There is no help available locally. We have to leave the customers to worry about the technical glitches.

Its very difficult to find an active product. Got to use the master file at all times.

Pros: The Scanner. It's easy and quick. Not so easy if the information is not inputted correctly. It works only on 100% accuracy.

Cons: Finding information: OMG it has so much of confusion. There is no consistency. We cannot even write simple remarks on a customer's file.

Pros: Up to date information that is readily available any time of day. Customer Service is typically very quick.

Cons: It's difficult to get customized reports and the report generation takes a long time. At times we've had trouble getting compatible equipment such as receipt printers. The problems worked itself out but longer than we wished.

Overall: Readily information available for multi-location hair salons

The support staff did a great job taking care of my needs. The wait time to get a technician is very long.

Cons: Synchronization issues with iOffice.

I like to be able to change a ticket from iOffice. I have to use LogMeIn after hours to fix tickets.

When things work well it goes well, however some of the things are not intuitive and don¿t work well

Pros: Color coding. Not too much of pros on here. Difficult to use and make changes when needed. Not a fan

Cons: The difficulty of use. Just had an example of trying to entering notes and it wouldn't let me hit save until I entered gender but that wasn't an option.

Pros: Easy access to technical support. fast and efficient at fixing any issues. updates are fast and usually at night so no down time during working hours.

Cons: Maybe adding a customizable features. background color changes or upgrade to a premium look. the look has stayed basically the same.

Pros: i like the fact that the screens for entering and checking out customers are simple and easy to use. i also like the remote access to the salon.

Cons: there are too many reports that seem like they do the same thing. also the discounts should have a button for all discounts, active discounts and expired discounts.

Pros: Access to back office and being able to see almost real time operation numbers. I also appreciate having the ability to lock out certain areas of supersalon to keep unwanted changes from occurring. Security is very important.

Cons: Inventory reports are not helpful and tend to be more complex then necessary. Also when adding in new products it takes several clicks to get through the process.

The software would probably be great if the training and setup were sufficient.

Pros: The little time we were able to use the appointment/client part of the system were great but didn't last.

Cons: When purchased, person came to set up. All my Instructors were there. Much time was wasted with trainer attempting to get help from Tech support. Never able to use any of the system until almost 2 years later when we found out we never actually had the program we paid for, only the free demo! We are still not able to use the system.

Basic POS system. Unable to customize. Performance is variable.

Pros: I like the single system for all business information. Reports are good. Sometimes the names of the reports are misleading.

Cons: Don't think the online check in is working ideally. Because of this I'm not getting the value for the premium I'm paying for.

Supersalon has lots of great features, but owner control and access remotely is not one of them.

Cons: Lack of remote access in iOffice, quirky missing features, somewhat regular freezes. Often missing simple things like back buttons. Remote access is slow and on a different time clock.

Pros: Outstanding reporting helps me keep informed and manage the details of my business. The dial-in capability is super helpful as well. Customer service is always responsive and very capable of solving any issue I've had.

Cons: Not having the option to have on site installation, training and customization created challenges for me.

Overall: I know exactly what's going on inside my salon even though I'm rarely there.

Nice software. It takes a while to learn all the features and functionality.

Pros: There are a lot reports that we are able to get off the software. I like that is not to hard to teach a new stylist how to use.

Cons: Sometimes it is hard to get hold of support when there is a problem with a customer. Not usually with the software or hardware but use of the software.

Overall: I like all the reports that we are able to run. I like the ease of using it and how I can access it from home.

Pros: As a business owner, I really appreciate the visibility in reports that the software offers. I own another business whose software is not near as intuitive and really like the ease of use.

Cons: The only real challenges we have had is merchant services integration. We have had our issues with changes in merchant service relationships with the software and had to change merchant services in order to solve our issues.

Much needs to be improved. Be more available to provide technical support

Pros: Some of the people that support software like Janet in Colorado. It's tough to get technical folks on the line but they are quite knowledgeable once you can get to someone.

Pros: Customer service for the most part. People mean well and try to be thorough. Some of the functionality is nice.

Cons: Customer service forgetting to call us for a cutover that had been planned ahead of time and confirmed twice.

Cons: It is difficult to learn and the support is nonexistent. The "learning paths" are superficial, offer no in-depth explanations and are difficult to navigate. The "training" was totally inadequate and the follow up support is hit and miss at best.

Overall: I cannot determine what I like most about this software as the training I received to operate it was so poor that I do not know how to use it.

No benefits, just headaches and anxiety. My business relies upon this software to operate and I do not know how to use it.

Pros: SuperSalon is easy for staff to use, even if they are not computer savvy. The tech support team is amazing and very responsive. The reporting tools are also wonderful. I love the custom report tool that allows me to look at the information I want to see.

Cons: I wish the online check in system was better for a queue based barbershop. The check in gives the illusion of an appointment so we have had to continue using a separate check in.

Overall: Great data collection. Simple to use.

Pros: Its fairly easy at the POS system, however ioffice doesnt always provide what we need . Would like to be able to customize reports from time to time

Cons: There are bugs and at times its cumbersome. Not funtional for our payroll as ours is different. But it still provides the accurate numbers we need to figure it out

Pros: Integration with Regis - Janet is by far your biggest asset as her knowledge, patience, and ability to explain things to the users, regardless of their technical background, is as superior.

Cons: Too many fields reports and features that are not relevant. Tends to clutter the screens. The installation of the hardware of the first 2 stores was horrible and by no means did we get the value of the money we paid for install. My wife and I had to complete the install. The last install was with a different tech and went smooth.

Pros: user friendly, ongoing updates keeps it relevant to the salon environment, company is open to suggestions for amending/adding reports. viewing it from my phone is convenient. using the ioffice feature and the back office feature allows me to be there virtually.

Cons: a few reports are not available but overall not too many issues. tech support needs more level 2 or higher techs; sometimes the level 1 techs are not as knowledgeable.

Pros: It's stable! I like the iOffice function allowing multiple POS systems/locations to roll up into a single venue. iOffice allows a lot of admin work to be done remotely and then rolled out to the POS systems in our shops, reasonable reporting functions however way too many, and I like the functions that we are able to use in the POS.

Cons: We are only able to use limited functions in the POS because the rest of the functions do not meet our needs such as employee scheduler and online appointments. There isn't a single place that describes ALL of the acronyms/abbreviations for the report fields in either of the user manuals.

I've been a user of this software for over 15 years, it's getting more complicated with changes

Pros: It's easy to use, and to train staff. Some of the enhanced reports work well with the daily quality controls.

Cons: Too many different versions. I have 5 salons, with 5 different versions. To update the versions, seems to take a ton of time and support. My motto is "if it is still working, I'm not updating". If it were easier, or you had better support to update, I would update all 5 salons. Had to put in a different e-mail because your survey said I already did a survey - WHICH I DID NOT.

Overall: I knew the original owner of the software. I was able to help develop many reports at that time. The customer service was great. The new ownership is still working the kinks out!

Pros: Simple to use, abundant reports, integration into the sales reporting. Propoint is a very robust tool, but for a business that uses the scheduling aspect, it is not always user-friendly as there is no indication of when it is down for the customer. Very easy to navigate, screens are legible, easy to enter data.

Cons: Restricted on types of payment partners, "old technology" versus available today on POS systems. having Pro Point & iOffcie remote not syncing in a timely manner is a real pain. iOffice is a very helpful tool, but the lag is ridiculous and does not help me manage the store. Additionally, the restrictions on doing items remotely is not a win either. It is a decent piece of software but major updates/additions need to be added (i.e. SMS messaging, automatic verification, remote accessibility (like tech services), etc.

Pros: The product is very user friendly and easy to use. The students pick up the steps very easy and are able to work the systems quickly after 1 or 2 demostrations.

Cons: I wish employees could clock in from home to document the hours worked from home. The would be a great feature to add.

Pros: The support is really good. If I have a serious problem that impacts our ability to use the software we are pushed to the front of the line.

Cons: The reports are garbage. We were told 3 years ago that new reports were just 3-6 months away. Every time I ask, I am told basically the same timeframe. I have reached the point where I don't believe they will ever happen and we are just being strung along. It also still doesn't reliably communicate with TSYS.

I've had a good experience, there's just a few specific functions I wish were included.

Pros: It's fairly easy to work with once you get comfortable, and it seems easy to teach others . I also enjoy the merchandising aspect. It makes keeping track of inventory very easy.

Cons: I haven't figured out how to split appointment credits when multiple stylists work on the same client. I also feel the appointment book can be a little hard to read once you have a few stylists working. But, these are very specific problems. Overall, I've been very satisfied and will continue to use it.

Overall: Keeping track of customer history has been invaluable.

Pros: Overall functionality and broadness of the scope of work is great. It's also relatively user-friendly once you've received a bit of training.

Cons: Custom reporting percentages aren't available under the iOffice setup tab. Creating formulas would be awesome...and if there is a way, please let me know!

Pros: When it works it seems ok. It lacks a quite a few convenient features and the reporting. Supports integrated credit card processing with a partner.

Cons: Looks like it was written in windows 3.1 and has been ported up to windows 7. Tech support is very slow to respond but once you get them on the phone they do OK and tend to be very friendly. I never feel like I am the customer of Propoint when I talk to anyone but tech support. I am treated like a nuisance who dares to question them!

Overall: Regis recommends it so it integrates to their systems which technically is just passing some data back and forth

Pros: The software provides so much information, more than we can realistically use in running our salons. I really appreciate that it allows us to break down production by stylist so we can understand how that individual is doing. This way we know areas of strength and weakness. It helps greatly from a coaching standpoint. I also love being able to see how the salons are doing in almost real time, from anywhere by accessing the ioffice on the web.

Overall: It is absolutely essential to the running of our salons. We use it to check people in and out, it tracks our cash and credit card transactions and inventory as well. It's a very robust system with many features (way more than we use). The data it provides on individual stylists is very useful for coaching purposes. I appreciate tracking salon performance, nearly real-time, on the web.

Pros: The reports are awesome. One of the reason for purchasing this software was to be better able to run the salon. I am not at the salon full time so ioffice is an great pocket tool to help me manage my business on the run.

Cons: We were originally with Guest Vision and we were looking for a new software program that would help us run the salon more effectively. We choose to go with the recommendation of cooperate and decided to go with SuperSalon. However, the stylist are complain that there are too many steps to complete each action. Stylists get frustrated and enter the information incorrectly. Some of the features that we used to like are dearly missed as always having the daily sales at the click of a tab.

Overall: As stated reports are awesome. But in all fairness I have only had the software for less than one month.

Supersalon has been a valuable tool for my store

Pros: Access to important data and metrics. The reports are great. Stylist are able to get up-to-speed quickly, even the technology challenged ones.

Cons: Can be a bit buggy at times. Some sort of access rights for an accountant would be great. Away to add reports to a favorites or hide un used.

Love the software.

Pros: The super salon software is fast, easy, and personal. There are many options to successfully run a salon business.

Cons: The customer support is slow at time and hard to get a hold of during peak hours. When you do get them in the phone they are very helpful.

Overall: We are able to schedule, ring out clients, run reports, send out reminders, track inventory and product sales.

Pros: the intuitive nature of it. If I need to know sales numbers, I click on sales numbers. If I need to know hours, I click labor hours.

Cons: the cost and menu prompts during support. It would be nice to go directly to a real person. Usually if I need support, it's an urgent matter.

Pros: it offers a lot of reports. It has so many standards reports that makes it easy to use and to get the best for my busiess

Cons: Sometimes the app does not sync well with Super salon. I have to call several times a week to report this issue.

The support staff was excellent! My complaint would be no one is ever available to help when stores need them

Pros: It's very user-friendly, but we wish we received help when customers are present. Always have to leave a message

Cons: That no one is ever available to help you wait on hold for a while when customers are present and then you get pushed to a voicemail and no one calls back until the next day.

One of the customer rep is a true professional. He is helpful, timely and easy to receive direction from!

Pros: It gets the job done - easy to view offsite . We are part of another franchise that does not use super salon and the ability to view the software offsite is perfection.

Tech did very nice job of addressing issue and took care of situation quickly and professionally.

Pros: It provides a wide range of functions both through POS and back office. Support is outstanding and always able to address issues.

Cons: That it does not allow a wider range of credit card processors that provide more customer friendly services. TSYS. We have had nothing but problems since having to make the change.

Long process that would have been a lot more difficult had not been so helpful and informative.

Pros: The software is easy to use and allows us to accurately keep track of the guests as they enter the salon. I love the "who's next" feature on the digital sign.

Overall: Anytime there is an issue, I just call Supersalon and they accommodate us as best as they can. Most, if not all, issues have been resolved quickly.

Customer service was awesome today.

Pros: The software is easy to use. I love the knowing that if I have any questions it is only a phone call away and my questions are answered. Once you know the system it is easy to create reports, schedules, payroll etc. I have always had my questions answered in a quick and timely manner. If they cannot address it right then, they have always called me right back.

Cons: I do not have a "like least". I think it is great. If there were something that had to be improved it would be more hands on training upfront to eliminate so many calls to customer support.

Overall: The biggest benefit is the many report functions and how you can dial in so close to the issue you are looking for.

i waste so much time on this product and how it fails

Pros: Touch screen - ease of use for my employees works quite well. When there are no issues, i works quite well.

Cons: simple fixes take hours to do.
menu board took hours and hours to actually get to work. It was a horrible experience and i have told other franchisees to avoid it at all costs if they can
customer support sometimes just guess at an answer.

Pros: Super easy.tricky at first trying to figure out manager functions but once you fall customer support, and in time they'll have you set up in no time! If they explain something to you and you need the message passed to the boss, they'll explain to him as well. My favorite part is having the customer support. I like the customer support most! And how the system operates smoothly and easy.

Cons: Not sure, maybe ....nope not a whole lot I don't like. At least that I can think of. Besides sometimes you have to wait for customer support to call back. But once you find that one tech, and get their email...smooth sailing from there

Overall: Teaching me how to run a business should I go into business for myself. Easy to use for the hair industry.

Pros: Software is easy to use. Well categorized and tabulated. The learning curve is not very steep and I have found it fairly easy to get my managers using it to analyze their business.

Cons: We still have a ways to go in terms of charting, graphing and analysis tools. The .csv dump was a good start, but there is still a lot to analyze.

Overall: I get a pretty accurate view of operations and sales.
