It’s been very good. I enjoy our rep and they do value our experience and input. They have insisted that they will make improvements. Time will tell. We have had them for about 6 years.

Pros

Support team is very responsive. Easy to work with and informative. Open to discussing most issues.

Cons

A simple change to how emails are used and pass information to new appointments. It’s been an issue for a while and they haven’t given us any real answers yet. Site availability isn’t as strong as some apps and we have experienced higher than should be outages.

Engageware is a great knowledge base system which can be used to service internal and external Members.

Cons

Sales team can be too pushy/demanding. System need better reminder settings and a new interface for our internal Members.

Pros

Engageware is definitely my favorite solution for appointment sheduling in my business management process.

Cons

That would be quite fine if Engageware could provide a morre advance and faster customer service in technical aspects.

It’s an easy way to link your calendar with a service people can use to schedule a call.

Cons

I would prefer an app fir my phone e to manage. Works great in chrome on my Mac. Safari does not work.

I liked TimeTrade, it was recommended by my experienced VA for reliability and was good - there are so many new options now which are more flexible, visually more appealing and often less expensive price wise.

Pros

Easy to get to use for a non-tech savvy beginner, can be used in a website or as a link in an email or social media, easy to block out available meeting times in google calendar and sync.

Cons

I liked it well enough - I switched to a different software when I got a good deal for lifetime membership totalling the monthly cost of this one.

TimeTrade is functional and easy to set up and get using. However, I found it too costly for what it offers/doesn't offer.

Pros

TimeTrade integrates nicely with google calendar. The branding options are useful as well as the ease of use.

Cons

TimeTrade costs more than other schedulers. Additionally, the live link feature -- which is a must, is not available with TimeTrade.

The initial set-up was relatively simple.

Cons

They seemed very content with were they were and didn't seem interested in any further innovation and/or customer service. Also, they made it really difficult to leave when we found a tool that we liked much more for a fraction of the cost.

TimeTrade works for what we use it for but doesn't do anything more than allows people to book time on the calendar. There are so many more tools out there that do this and more. I wouldn't recommend TimeTrade and if I had a say in the matter, I would search around for other tools.

Pros

My favorite thing about TimeTrade is that it allows my customers to book time with me and integrates directly with my calendar.

Cons

The calendar feature that customers use to book time looks very old fashioned and isn't the most intuitive. I feel like sometimes it actually turns people away from booking time. Also, it's not the easiest to set up.
