Comments: I would recommend it for anyone that needs a farm and ease of use at a great price.

Pros: Very user friendly. Great search feature with Boolean. Segments candidates well. I love how the jobs get published to all out favorite platforms by pressing one button!

Cons: There are some functions that I miss from the big Cadillac Taleo types, but the advantages outdo that.

Pros: There is a lot of reporting functions which is key to HR. I also think you feel that you are able to tweak your reporting to what you are looking for. Applicant tracking is also great

Comments: Good option for a smaller company. I prefer other options than CATS but it is quite easy to use!

Pros: Cloud based ATS which is very easy to use. For a smaller - mid sized company this would be a great platform to use.

Cons: Pricing. Linkedin doesn't integrate well with this either. Loading resumes could be easier, not sure what I would suggest for this.

Not the best out there.

Pros: It's cheaper than most ATS systems. The design is simple and customer service is prompt to respond.

Cons: Very difficult to use. Many steps for one simple action. Difficult to mass email from searches. Tracking status of candidates through interview process is not very detailed.

Comments: We tried about 6 different ATS systems and were very frustrated. Finding SCATS was a lifesaver

Pros: Simple and easy to configure and set up to individual situations. The system integrates with everything we use including LinkedIn and other social media

Cons: Have not found anything that I truly dislike. As with all systems there is a learning curve and I am still getting used to functions after about 4 full days in.

Used CATS for about a year.

Comments: Overall does get the job done if the user have a good understanding of how to use the system for a decent price.

Pros: - Price is right. - Good for mid to large sized company due to the multiple features it has to accommodate connecting with hiring managers. - Have training tutorials and a customer service contact number. - Customer service are very knowledgeable with the software. - Connects with third party recruiting job posting websites.

Cons: - A new user would require training in order to utilize the software or benefit from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Not as user friendly as desired. - A challenging software to use because the visual diagrams or presentations are limited and is made up of mostly context. It is important the user is a visual learner. Having visual representations will help the user have a better understanding of the recruitment and or applicant flow chart statuses.

Pros: It is very easy to customize this product. The employees are great to work with. It is great for team collaboration.

Cons: Hiring managers have very limited access. No integration with LinkedIn although there is a Chrome add-in.

Comments: The product is easy to use, cost effective and works for small to mid sized staffing or consulting firms.

Pros: Common sense layout - intuitive dashboards - easy to build pipelines. Bulk parsing is excellent as is the email integration.

Cons: Reporting is not at the level I need for my reporting requirements. Some basic reports are not easy (if at all) to create.

Comments: Not at this time I am still getting used to the software

Pros: I can work the software on my own time. I appreciate the tutorials as well as the support from customer service.

Cons: There are many other items that I need and I feel like the pricing may cause me to want to go to another company because the packages don't seem to be all inclusive but everything seems to be a la catre

Comments: Data transfer once you would like to switch to another provider is made imposible. The CSV file they provide is not sufficient.

Pros: Pricing is low which is attractive. depning on how you are funded, this might be the (only) reason for taking on this ATS.

Cons: We have used it for the first couple of years, but once we required smarter solutions around workflow management and candidate experience, it was very limited. Worst side of ths ATS is that they do not provide an SQL data dump. The SCV dump they provide is scattered across multiple files , some being corrupt. They were not willing to solve this via a SQL dump. (which they can easily do)

Cons: As per above. The company's willingness/desire to make this product excellent.

Overall: Clean, easy to learn, and customizable. Has a ton of potential, but lacks some basic logical small functions that should be simple to correct. My recruiters always ask me: "Are you sure these people worked in (third party) recruiting" before developing this system?" Allows for users to vote for changes, but takes a long time, if at all to make those changes. Simple things, like having to create two records for someone if they are a candidate versus a client, or having a Candidate's company associated to a company, even after manually typing that company name in, etc. Very good, but not a great system, but could be; which causes a little frustration, and makes one wonder where the company's focus is.

CATSone is better than most for less. Email sync issue, and reports are innacurate

Comments: CATSone is a great product and we recommend for anyone needing a applicat tracking system. its customizable to an extent. Fields are linked so you can't mess up data. Its good if you use it for CRM. Reports are odd, and email sync feature works 50% of the time. (adding emails to contacts in CATS with matching records)

Pros: Easy interface, great application site wizard , and great job site , built in, , customization of fields with restrictions (so you don't mess it up) . Status, and custom status available. Map custom status's to 'mapped' status. No cloud storage fees for resumes, or files that get attached to applicant / candidate records. API is useful but not without faults. Good custom reports per user. Google drive link, and online MS word linked. Live previews of images. Easy to read reports (there are some faults) Reporting is best thought of as a gauge and not an accurate thing. All around a great system. I recommend it to anyone whom has this need. Easy to use with live chat support per user for how to use it. Great training seminars. Etc. Good for when you hire 1 to 1. 1 hired applicant to 1 location. Email sync feature is great when it works. 50% of the time. It may be related to email host. I dunno. Reports are good. There are many. If you need New Applicants per user.. then you have to manually enter. But still many reports. Great price point. Beats many more expensive systems .. its has faults as your gonna read. But don't let that get you down. It's still worth it.

Cons: Hired applicants are 1 to 1. Hired Applicant can only work in 1 location. It's just not set up for 1 applicant in many locations. Non hired applicants can apply to multiple places, just not work in multiple locations. Its rare you need to hire one person in multiple locations. Via API you could achieve 1 to many locations via API and custom fields. But it's not gonna be easy. NO reports for new applicants per user if you use Live Job Application site. Reports new applicants per user only by manually enter each applicant. Reports can be difficult to understand. There are no white papers on it, and only some customer service reps understand it fully. Email sync feature works maybe 50% of the time. (email sync places copies of your email communication in the contact whom has matching email) Results may vary depending on email provider. Limited API calls per user, per hour. Need more ? They won't sell you more. You have to keep adding users. 500 API calls per hour per user @ $99 per user a month. but at least there are API calls. Really funky though. Be prepared to be confused. but eh , that's API ..

Recommendations to other buyers: If you need something that is robust. Doesn't change much. Is a great price point, simple , easy to use. Great features.. can deal with 99% reporting accuracy, are not worried about syncing all emails with contact records, and like having live support for how to use it. Then this is for you. If you need to hire 1 person to multiple companies, if you need email sync to work, If you need 100% accurate reporting, or If you want to use the live application site, and also need to know how many new applicants per user. Maybe pass on this.

Pros: LOVE the ease of use...even for someone like me who is not naturally adept at navigating my way through different systems, we have found that CATS is extremely user friendly, and on the occasions when we do need help, calling into their live US based customer support hotline and having nice, friendly people always eager and endlessly patient to help makes using CATS a no-brainer.

Cons: I honestly cannot think of any negatives...we have tried out multiple ATS and CATS is at the top of the list in terms of ease of use and customer support.

Overall: LOVE CATS, terrific applicant tracking system and EXCELLENT client support. We have invested in systems over the years but not being especially savvy with technical issues, have always run into roadblocks by not being able to utilize all the options and with limited customer support could never figure out how to implement half of what was offered...this is happily not the case with CATS.

Comments: Not impressed, Much better systems out there for the price. Many resumes are not getting loaded correctly. Set up was a nightmare for transferring resumes. Could not get the pricing right in initial billing, etc. No real support or training at all.

Pros: The search works well and able to track all conversations that happen through email in or outside the solution Good with user defined fields. They were a really good, cheap solution 3 years ago but just didn't keep up with what was happening in industry.

Cons: 1) very klunky to use, last major upgrade was 2 years ago and no plans for upgrade anytime soon 2) no major upgrades or releases in ovder 2 years, no plans to come out with a new release or upgrade 3) the dashboard is weak and their reports are weak, have to use excel spreadsheet behind catsone 4) customer support is poor; it could be there is a lack of training but a call/email to custome support is just a waste of time - don't bother, 6) definitely not worth the price anymore - Cura and PCRecruiter do much more functionality for much less 7) CATSOne doesn't keep up with social media integrations

Recommendations to other buyers: We are looking at Cura and PCRecruiter. Support at both companies gets rave reviews form customers. Both systems have same functional as CATSONE PLUS MANY, MANY more features and functions to make recruiters more efficient. Both systems put out major releases several times a year as opposed to CATSONe who puts out a release every 2+ years. The search capability in both systems is now as good or better than CATSONE

Consider chat / phone support non-existent.

Comments: We have had these company for over 3 years, and same story every time. They will help in how the system works , but if it's broke or start to function or report differently from month to month, they will shrug it off and say its supposed to be like this . Also be aware then what is in reporting isn't quite true for reports. Its a mess. so don't rely on reports from them

Pros: Its cheap. Works well. Just don't trust reports. And if your ok with defensive limited tech support, then cats is for you.

Cons: Terrible consistency , terrible reports , and defensive tech support reps.

Pros: CATS is very clean and easy to understand. Compared to other ATS, well... there is no comparison. CATS is our go-to and we love it!

Cons: Hmm.. I wish there were more colors for different categories. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with CATS.

Recommendations to other buyers: Compare this to your current ATS. CATS is clean, easy to understand, user friendly, and they offer tons of online training. We were using another ATS before and it just doesn't compare at all. CATS is wonderful!

Pros: The system adequately tracks applicants, and streamlines, our hiring/approval process.

Cons: Clumsy user interface, and lacks some data gathering features that we need to meet legal requirements. It is also not mobile-friendly which is becoming increasingly important as more people begin exclusively using mobile devices.

Recommendations to other buyers: Review your company's needs carefully. However, because a subscription is relatively inexpensive, you could do a trial run to see if it meets your needs.

Comments: The way to go in the digital industry is cloud based platforms. If your not cloud based yet, keep an open mind and try this

Pros: Simple and easy to use. Basically its a "out of the box" solution that is user friendly and has a great interface. You are able to accept applications and forms for the applicants withing the online interface. The ability to post job openings on free job board sites is an incentive for anyone using the software. The software being cloud based means that i can access this from anywhere i want. Customer service was excellent.

Cons: The way to go in the digital industry is cloud based platforms. If your not cloud based yet, keep an open mind and try this

Comments: This software met our needs in terms of internal recruitment. Its hard to find software that does most things but this is quite good.

Pros: It is customizable and user friendly. We were able to customize the fields for candidate profiles.

Cons: It is a bit "clicky" at times. Other than that, it is easy to use and allows you upload candidate CVs and information so you don't have to manually enter the information.

Recommendations to other buyers: Create a way to input CVs that are in a PDF so you do you have to manually input information.

Pros: Very easy to use, you are up and running immediately. It is a simple ATS which gets the job done without hours of guidebook set up, training and tutorials.

Cons: I have no complaints. Ultimately, I choose a different (more expensive) software because it ties in with our shared recruiting network.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you are looking for a system that gets the job done without a bunch of bells and whistles which don't get the job done then I would recommend CATS. It's also one of the most affordable systems.

Pros: It is not complicated with a myriad of bells and whistles. The Customer Service is absolutely outstanding. I generally receive a response and resolution within the same day.

Cons: Some times of the day it gets a bit slow. I believe it must have to do with traffic on the site.

Comments: The interface standard functionality is very robust but the best part is that it is also very customizable and the support team is very responsive particularly to requests to make things work in ways specific to my business processes (customization beyond the typical fields / workflow).

Pros: Robust functionality, very responsive, helpful, and knowledgable support team, leadership team focused on constant improvement and maintaining great value for cost. The product has been so customizable both with the obvious and with not so obvious tweaks that support has helped me implement that it works almost exactly to my whim. Love it!

Cons: More options for reporting on activity that I can custom build or integration with a reporting tool that could use any exported activity data

Comments: in 25 yrs of recruiting CATS is by far the best ATS I have used. Favorite thing is that it doesn't get in my way or bog down my workflow.

Pros: Very powerful, time-saving features but still light and easy to use. You don't need to retrain yourself on how you go about your day. CATS supports what you're doing in an intuitive, non-obtrusive way.

Cons: Could still use better reporting, and mobile access is still a little clunky.

Comments: We use CATS applicant tracking software to manage our talent acquisition processes. When we implemented in 2009, we had a paper/spreadsheet system in place. CATS streamlined all of this for us and brought sanity to the hiring process. We love the email triggers that can be set up to automatically be sent when certain actions are recorded in the system. This has saved many hours for us.

Pros: Easy to use software; fast technical support; comprehensive support website. When we had questions about functionality we were able to schedule a phone call with a technical support rep who walked us through the product, almost as a mini-custom user training session.

Cons: The location of some of the features is not intuitive (you have to hunt around for it).

Great product and really easy to implement and start using quickly.

Pros: Working with CATS is great; they listen to your feedback and respond quickly when you need help

Cons: The internal search on CATS is not very functional; I'd love to search our database on a larger scale than they let happen.

Recommendations to other buyers: The staff of CATS makes using it very worth it. They just released new updates and functions that are very user friendly.

Pros: Very good customer service, frequent new updates of features, easy integration with social media and posting services.

Cons: Search function could be an inch better, it is also an American system and if you are based in Europe localisation is sometime an issue.

Recommendations to other buyers: It offers a lot of customization options. You need to think in advance how you want to structure your database, then it is great.

Pros: It's relatively easy to use and mostly intuitive in its functions. The support and live feedback chat is great. Also good that the filtering system has improved.

Cons: When applicants apply to a job order more than once or if I copy applicants over from another job order, the "date candidate was created/entered/last updated" doesn't necessarily change to reflect the most recent date. For example, if you mass select a group of candidates and use the "copy to another job order" function, if the candidate already exists in that job order, their "date candidate was entered" doesn't update, which means I have to remove them from the job order and re-add them to the job order to update the date. Also, lately, there have been a lot of delays and errors when filtering job orders with a large pool of applicants. And filtering is taking longer than usual.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use the live chat or call the support line when you have issues.

Pros: Easy candidate tracking, the ability to job postings via email.

Cons: The limited amount of emails, there should be an app, there should be someway to text from the site.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try to learn as much as possible, to benefit from all functions.

But we need basic reports on individual recruiter productivity, and CATS doesn't offer any. Its weird because we enter the data, but there's just no quick reports to pull the information we've entered and print a simple report on a recruiter's monthly/quarterly/yearly placements, interviews, submittals, etc.

Pros: Easy to use, inexpensive, nice feature to post jobs to multiple sites.

Cons: We need basic reports on individual recruiter productivity, and CATS doesn't offer any. Its weird because we enter the data, but there's just no quick reports to pull this information we've entered and print a report on a recruiter's monthly/quarterly/yearly placements, interviews, submittals, etc.

Pros: I think the ability to have candidate correspondence link directly from my Outlook email to update their profiles in the notes section is probably one of the most beneficial features of this system. I love that I do not have to do anything manually!

Cons: I think what I like least about this system is the search/sort feature. When I do a search through all of the candidates through the system, I am able to sort by clearance level, for instance, but I can't then also sort by date updated. It doesn't seem I can have both sort features at the same time. If there is, I missed it!

Recommendations to other buyers: We do not use this for HR purposes; mostly for recruiting. We also use the job postings to sync with our EEO tracking. I would be sure this can accommodate all of your needs; staffing, HR, job postings, etc. before signing up. It is a really great tool.

Pros: The ATS functionality is very good. Easy to import resume with plug in for LinkedIn and Monster. Their customer service is also very good. They also have provided updates to the system on a fairly regular basis so it is always improving.

Cons: The client side for prospecting I would rate as just OK but the ATS side is very strong

Comments: Overall, I think CATS Applicant Tracking System is a strong product due to the ability to customize the product for your organizations needs. I like the recent email integration capabilities and I also think the customer service is top notch because they respond well to user feedback.

Pros: The pros of this product is that the product can be customized, it fits well with small recruiting teams and the customer service and development team respond quickly to needed changes.

Cons: I think there can be some general improvements to the internal search features of the database.

Pros: I have used CATS since before they started to charge for their product. I find it easy to use and the support excellent. As a recruiter, I want to be able to find candidates easily and have resumes parsed into the system effortlessly.

Cons: I would like to have some small additional add ons like being able to add additional colors to the work flow process.. I also would like to be able to send resumes to my clients for review.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take a look at the ease of use of the system. The process flow and how the system is very easy to use.

Comments: Pros - Easy to use software; fast technical support; comprehensive support website. When we had questions about functionality we were able to schedule a phone call with a technical support rep who walked us through the product, almost as a mini-custom user training session.

Cons - The location of some of the features is not intuitive (you have to hunt around for it).

Great product and really easy to implement and start using quickly.

Comments: Let me start by saying that I have been with CATS for the past few years. My experience has been nothing short of excellent.

CATS has far more robust features than the other recruitment systems I've explored and/or used. It can be used to manage candidate flow for existing requisitions or to build strategic candidate pipelines for the needs of the future. CATS is easy to customize the system internally to work within your existing recruitment processes. Most of the other tools I've used has required us to create multiple work around processes forcing and even change our internal processes to meet the requirements of the system. This isn't the case with CATS and it only took us an hour or two to set it up.

CATS has made various plug-ins available free of charge to its subscribers. These plug-ins allow you to do everything from edit resumes within the system using a Microsoft Word Plug-in, leverage WordPress, and even send LinkedIn profiles and resumes from job boards directly into the CATS system.

You can easily move data from other recruiting systems to CATS. You can either upload large batches of resumes or even upload a CSV document from Excel directly into the system.

One of the best features behind CATS is that it is a tool that continues to grow and is always improving. They continue to grow in excellence through the value they place on the feedback from their subscribers. Many of the suggestions recommended by subscribers have been implemented very successfully and relatively quickly.

I strongly recommend any organization looking for an extremely robust and customizable recruitment solution to consider CATS. You can even avoid lengthy contracts.

CATS is a phenomenal tool for Corporate & Agency Recruiters!

Comments: We switched to CATS from Applicant Stack in 2012 and have not looked back. All of our data imported over to CATS. The team was very helpful the first few months as we had tons of questions as we implemented the system. The system is very user friendly and easy to use. We have been able to customize fields and create our own custom fields, which has allowed us to create an application process unique to our organizational needs. We also are able to really tailor the system to fit our various applicant process for various roles. This has resulted in increased efficiency as we have automated the majority of our applicant tracking process all the way to a final interview stage.

Pros: Highly dynamic system Email integration (syncs with our gmail suite) Customizable workflows, applications, and candidate fields Clean UI Responsive support team A great value

Cons: Lacks an onboarding function Wish it offered integration with our payroll/HRIS provider (Paylocity Webpay).

I don't know why you would consider anything else!

Comments: I have been in the recruiting business for over 25 years. At one time or another I have used just about every major recruiting software out there. For the last 5+ years I have used CATS exclusively. The program is easy to understand, the categories can be customized as needed in the customer service is above and beyond anything out there. Integration with Outlook, Word and LinkedIn works seamlessly. The CATS team is technical and creative. They listen to customer suggestions and have weekly webinars to provide support.

An outstanding candidate tracking system that is very customizable.

Comments: I had used a number of ATS systems at my previous company, and I was pretty careful in checking out alternatives when I started my own recruiting firm, and I am happy to say that after over a year of using CATS I am very happy with it. And the customer service people have always been responsive and helpful.

Yes, it does have a few quirks, but all in all, just a great value for what you get.

Comments: CATS is clean, modern, easy to use, quick to learn, and has a few quirks (like anything else), but the CATS support staff is helpful at working through those. This is the first browser-based ATS we have used, and we love it. It is nice to be able to access CATS from home, work, phone, and anywhere! The email integration is a plus, and it¿s nice how CATS seamlessly integrates with social media and job posting services to share your jobs with the public. Being able to customize fields, workflows, and the job portal is the absolute best part of CATS! The pricing is right, and this has been an overall great solution for our small company.

Comments: CATS is a fantastic ATS. It is very easy to use, requiring minimal training for new users and is one of the most easily configurable Applicant Tracking Systems I have seen/used. Unlike other systems, the API can be used for any integrations at no cost. Additionally, you can configure triggers, email templates, new workflows, statuses etc. easily on the fly. The only piece I would like to have but do not is the ability to lock down the system based on user type and enable our hiring managers to also enter the system and some additional reporting. Other than that, the searching capability, job pushing, integration ability, ease of use and candidate record keeping are fantastic. I recommend it for companies who are on the staffing side, corporate or a mix of both.

Comments: We switched from applicant stack to CATS in 2012 and have never looked back. The clean UI alone was a drastic improvement. Since 2012 we have grown our recruitment department from one F/T employee to 4. CATS allows multiple users to have accounts, which makes collaborating on candidates easy. The system does email integration which is extremely useful in tracking/documenting candidate communication (because sometimes it does not happen through the system). We have customized the system with ease which has allowed for complete workflow and task automation. With the click of a button we can notify candidates of next steps, change their job order, change their interview status, and notify other parties in our organization- this is all with one click. The system allows for the generation of countless workflows, custom email templates for individual or mass emailing, and the mass importing of multiple resume files for prospective candidates. While we wish CATS had an onboarding feature, we have successfully used the system in the past to collect employee documents who are out of state and begin that HR process. CATS has been a life saver. The system offers a lot for a very low cost. Our initial set up including fees was below $500 and our monthly fee per user on the system is $69. It is a great value.

Comments: CATS was rolled out to our company a little over 2 years ago and we've seen an increase in applicants and hires ever since! The simplicity of the system makes it very easy to use, especially when it comes to training new employees. Also, there are so many different ways to organize and extract information to view for future company improvement. But the best part is having absolutely terrific customer support. There has never been an issue unresolved. We speak to company representatives every time we call and have build solid relationships with each of them!

Comments: I¿m approaching two years with CATS and have reviewed and demoed many other ATS¿s including iCIMS, JobVite, The Applicant Manager, AcquireTM and the Monster Talent Management Suite. Bottom line up front: This is a solid choice for new firms on a budget who have low customer service expectations and no need for a reporting capability. The first thing that appealed to me about CATS was that it gave me a free 30-day trial that didn't hold back the bells and whistles. I had access to every feature from the moment I signed up. It was the most intuitive of all the products I demoed. I didn't need a salesperson to walk me through each section (something that I would have been hindered by with the other products). The default customization was nearly perfect and I was able to easily make the few tweaks that my workflow required. I uploaded my stash of resumes, posted my open job orders and started moving candidates through the hiring process. It was simple. Other CATS features - Want to allow candidates apply through LinkedIn or Indeed? Check. Want to push jobs to your company Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn page? Check. Mass emails, automatic emails, job sharing with hiring managers, integration with Outlook and Word, a customizable jobs website? Check. CATS is set up for both corporate and agency recruiting. The two main negatives are customer service and reporting. Customer service is about what you¿d expect from a budget firm. Some questions I sent through email were ignored and some were returned with one-word answers. The reporting capability is a bit scary for anyone who might need to generate an AAP/EEO report. The detail just isn¿t there and CATS is either unwilling or unable to generate a custom report with the necessary data.

Pros: Affordable, Intuitive

Pros: This is the most easy-of-use system we have reviewed. It support in a very quick way all of our relevant process. We had originaly implemented Atollon but had to decide to cancel the project after very bad experiences with the SW as well as with the company. CATS is rich on functionality and simple to understand!

Cons: The email/calendar functionality could be improved, something like Outlook would be nicer.

Overall: Go for it!

Pros: Cats has been a great tool for our organization. We have been using it since September. It was easy to implement and transfer all of our saved recruiting files into the system. Additionally, the ability to upload candidate research spreadsheets has been excellent. We received responses to our questions within 24 hours.

Cons: We would like to see increased integration with other job boards and social media sites. Perhaps even the ability to suggest websites for integration and an integrated Facebook careers tab vs. status update only option.

Overall: I recommend CATS for small to mid sized organizations seeking a lesser expensive tool to manage the recruitment process. The functionality and features of this system is very similar to some of the larger, very costly talent management tools available in the marketplace.

Pros: CATS helps our organization to manage a large database of candidates and match them up with the many international postings which we host. Without CATS we would be unable to do many of our day to day functions in a timely manner.

Cons: No access to previous postings of candidate pages. Often we deploy individual candidates multiple times and it would help us alot to be able to view this history when it comes time to do our annual reviews and reports.

Overall: Great Program! Helps to organize and utilize an amount of information that would be insurmountable without the program and its services.

CATS helps our organizaiton save hundreds of hours of work!

Pros: CATS is a very useful program for streaming our work. Without it, we would likely be unable to keep track of the massive amount of candidates/jobs we handle. Because of this program - we are one of the most successful organizations in our field.

Cons: There are a few cons which I have experienced using this program. First, there is no save draft function - so if someone else in our office signs in on one of our accounts which I am using, the information which I have placed into forms without saving is lost. Second, there is no ability to create multiple pages for one candidate. Often we are deploying candidates multiple times a year - but when we want to look back over the year we can only see the most recent work they have done.

Overall: Great program - limited in some areas (customization)

Pros: CATS has been a great boon to our organization. It has helped us organize our huge database of clients into a system which is both accessible, fast and easy to use. Without this program, we would not be able to deliver our services in such a quick and timely manner!

Cons: Candidates can only have a single profile. In our work we often deploy the same person over and over. As a result, we cannot keep track of multiple deployments per candidate. If we were able to have multiple pages for a single candidate it would be a great help!

Overall: I would recommend this program to any organization looking to make large scale databases of clients or candidates easier to manage and faster to access. However, it still works best in conjunction with other programs like MaxHire.

CATS has been a fantastic resource for our organization!

Pros: CATS has enabled our organization to streamline many of our processes and thus run more efficiently. Automating many of the tasks that we used to do repetitively has allowed for quicker response times. As well, the "add calendar entry" feature is fantastic and helps us to stay on top of all upcoming tasks.

Cons: The fact that each candidate can only have one profile makes it difficult for us when we engage the same candidate multiple times. It would be really useful to have multiple pages within the single candidate profile. The lack of this feature makes it difficult for us to keep track of all of our placements, which means that we have to use a different system to maintain our historical knowledge. Ideally, we would have one system that could do all of these functions. As well, the fact that is a web-based program is both a pro and a con - the con being that there is always the possibility that the internet will go down and we will lose access to our files. Having a complementary software program for our computers would be incredibly useful.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend this product to organizations looking to automate tasks and improve efficiency, but it works best as a compliment to other systems.
