Pros: How easy it is to adapt to your process. Easy to read information and easy to distribute. All information is accessible in one area and very well displayed.

Cons: No real negatives. The vendor is very easy to deal with. From a product perspective, it can become costly to build the bespoke package for your process.

Recommendations to other buyers: Ensure you map everything out during initial discussions and have the information for the equipment/processes you need to integrate. If you cover everything you need, it will make the package easier to build and work smoother in transition.
